I’m so happy with the lady that visits…

I’m so happy with the lady that visits me on appointments and that is Chloe, she is so professional as are other ladies I have dealt with, also the office at Lincoln are so helpful as the response time along with service is top drawer.

It’s all very personal

It’s all very personal, were you are not just another client.
1 criticism, the hearing aids are to expensive. You can get same ones with a longer warranty and same life time cover, for in some case nearly half the price.
If I go for up grade thinking of going somewhere else

very poor

very poor
took non charging hearing aid, no receipt, no paper work, no information, then after chasing told hearing aid would be sitting around in office for 2 weeks due to merger with another company and then could take 2 weeks for it to be mended meaning being without it for 4 weeks. no one tried to sort this out, just told had ot accept as the IT systems wouldn't talk to each other

I was extremely disappointed as I was…

I was extremely disappointed as I was not given the opportunity to trial for a month or even a week.
I had made this appointment on the assumption I would be able to have a free months trial.
I made the effort of attending my appointment as agreed even though I had ruptured my Achilles tendon a few days earlier.
I was told after my hearing test that a months free trial was not an option and that I could trial for a week.
I picked an hearing aid for trial and was told I would be contacted a few days later. No one contacted me !
I am extremely sad as I would have purchased the hearing aids if they were found to be suitable.

Goodbye

Having been a customer for 10 years and having spent circa £10k during that time my last visit in May to the Torquay branch was dreadful. My full hearing check consisted of a 15-20 minute ‘chat’, a cursory 2 minute hearing check; my aids never touched once; followed by 15 minutes of hard sell. This despite being a diamond customer and all that entitles. I wrote to complain and was advised that a ‘full’ hearing check had been undertaken and myaids fully checked and calibrated. This was an out and out lie. I’m afraid I shall be going elsewhere in future.

Great service

Received great service and made to feel very welcome on my recent ear wax removal visit which went really well and made me feel more balanced after suffering from vertigo recently would definitely recommend to anyone who needs their ears clearing.

Hidden Hearing Review

The premises were very comfortable, being air-conditioned during the current heat wave. The staff were polite, experienced and had recognised me from previous appointments. The test was all geared towards me and my needs. The whole process was aimed at improving my hearing ability and adapting my hearing aids to the best setting for my ears.
