Replacing tiny domes made easy
The hearing expert who gave me my hearing test was courteous, very knowledgeable and helpful.He also showed me a foolproof method of fixing the domes onto the hearing aids ! All in all it was a pleasant stress-free. Appointment.

Poor scheduling of appointments
Poor scheduling of appointments. Have to wait many weeks and then eventually they cancel on the day for various reasons (physician ill/car broken down). Unprofessional.

My Annual Check Up with Hidden Hearing.
Had my annual hearing check up again, very efficient and an excellent service. This time my dispenser was Faraz Aslam, very polite and agreeable. Connected my aids to my new I phone so now very up to date!

Brilliant
I have never heard of this company before they are excellent professional and are really good at what they say and do hearing aids. Unbelievable I’ve not yet got mine but soon will have these hearing is better than the NHS and the last a lot longer and you do not have to put batteries in, it’s got self bat charger. I would recommend anybody to go to his private companies. I have learned some stuff I’ve never seen before even looking in your own ear. They’ve got the technology to do that. It’s unbelievable. I would trust this company always and the company, many thanks. I appreciate what you’ve done from Pete .
