Rang the Worthing Branch of 'Hidden Hearing', mid-morning today, re my perception of deteriorating hearing, and was promptly invited to attend later in the morning for Dee [their 'Ear Care Practitioner'] to check the extent of wax build-up. Dee investigated, and then showed me the image she had taken of both ear canals. Not a pretty sight ! However, as I had been 'oiling' my ears, the wax was considered soft enough for micro-suction removal there and then....which was what happened. Dee was both pleasant and professional in her approach....and the whole experience of visiting the Worthing Branch was a very satisfactory experience. Well done ! Chris

Friendly and helpful staff, who offered a very welcome ear clearing in place of the booked hearing test, which meant my daughter and I both left happy - and able to hear better! Really appreciated their flexibility on the day.

I was desperate to get my ears suctioned and they were able to give me an appointment within a few hours. The lady who actually sorted me out was called Dee and she was very professional, compassionate and really cared about what she was doing and the service she was giving. Receptionist was also very helpful and informative. Well done ladies and thank you so much for your help yesterday.

Receptionist welcoming straight away, which is always nice. Dee, the ear care practitioner, was also friendly and took the time to learn about my life-long hearing issues. It felt unhurried and relaxed. Dee also has a great tan!

Brilliant effort by Dee at the Westbourne WOW Clinic, after 3 attempts she was able to clear the blockage in husband's ear so avoiding a trip to A&E. First rate service so thoroughly recommended.

Lovely lady carrying out microsuctuction. I was informed on every step . I have had microsuctuction before but this was certainly the best . Every care was taken and I felt nothing was rushed . Very friendly team there .

Today was the first time I had ever had this process done , and I was quite nervous . But the lady who saw me called Dee was amazing . She was very kind , very sympathetic and a lovely lady . She talked me through every bit of the procedure , making sure I was comfortable throughout . It was all done very quickly , and I can now hear again properly ! No pain at all . I thoroughly recommend Hidden Hearing if you have any ear problems. The receptionist was very welcoming , it’s a lovely friendly atmosphere . I will most definitely use them again . Brilliant ! Had an appointment with Tom who was extremely knowledgeable , and easy to speak too,so glad i went.

Staff were very welcoming and I was seen as soon as I arrived, which was a little before my appointment time. The reason for my visit was ear wax removal which was carried out efficiently and was painless. It’s amazing how much better I felt immediately as there wasn’t that feeling of fullness and my head felt clear. I also could hear more clearly!

As a fellow health professional (one of Worthing’s Community Nurses) I am acutely aware of the difficult tightrope that has to be walked between warmth and professionalism. Dee manages that balance with great grace. She is warm, open and engaging whilst still maintaining the level of professionalism that allows for trust and confidence in her skills.

Personally, I find the wax removal process daunting but Dee made it very easy for me and ensured that I was comfortable at every stage. She is a very fine practitioner and I will certainly be reassured to know she is there when I next have a consultation.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her wholeheartedly.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I signed up to Hidden Hearing for an ear wax removal - but I needn't have worried. Julie took great care of me, explained everything, worked smoothly and efficiently. Job done! and worth every penny! Now my hearing is crystal clear.

Started of really good but then the earring aid began to fail after a short period of time . But then the after sales support was shocking .

Dee explained and carried out the service perfectly, also being more than happy to answer all of my questions!

I have hearing problems and in addition a regular need to have my ears unblocked from wax. Wax is a problem that really cuts quality of life.. As always, today I was treated with kindness and professional care by Dee. The whole team are always top rate and again I emerged from Hidden Hearing able to clearly hear birdsong and sea waves breaking on my walk home. The procedure on 21 December was very well handled and the operative, Belinda, was particularly helpful and happy to answer any questions and ensure I was always aware as to what was happening.

The hearing test afterwards must have showed up a few problems as a full test was arranged for a later time.

Zoe Merry visited me at home and was a great help.
