I merely took my faulty hearing aid back and was told that I would be contacted when it had been repaired.
I am still waiting.

Been a customer for many years
Have been a customer of the company ( originally Amplifon, now Audika) many years and have found the service provided to be very good, easy to contact to solve problems ,make convenient appointments and get detailed answers to problems and queries. The current level of service and expertise at the Sutton Coldfield branch, provided by Reena , is excellent . The cost of the hearing aids can be high but the service and after care help a little to bear the shock!
