I needed some help with my hearing aid. Despite it being several years since I purchased the aids (from Amplifon) the staff were incredibly helpful and kind and sorted out my problem.

I visited Audika in St Albans for ear wax removal and was really impressed with the whole experience. Olivia was extremely welcoming and friendly, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked through the door. She was also very knowledgeable and happy to answer all of my questions. The appointment was super quick and easy - overall I am very happy with the service. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone needing ear wax removal!

Having had issues with a hearing aid purchased from another company a while ago, I decided to follow a family member 's recommendation to attend Hidden Hearing.
