Very disappointed that my Amplifon device is no longer supported by an app. There is no longer a find my earpiece or troubleshooting help available.

Why did I wait so long
I had my appointment in Solihull with
Ayishsa. (sorry if incorrect spelling).
Very pleasant, put me at ease immediately, very helpful, very in depth.
I didn't realise how deaf I was, its been coming on for a long time, misheard a lot of words if unable to see lips. No longer though now I have new hearing aids which are very discreet. Im very happy with the service I received and the ability to have reduced tv volume from 100 down to 22.
