Unreliable aids and unacceptable service
I’m on my third pair of aids in three years and they need replacing again because for non streaming they are unusable for my severe hearing loss. For the last two days I’ve tried to telephone the Plymouth office and each time I’m asked to leave a message and they will get back and for each of the following days they haven’t. I’m still waiting and it’s now weekend, I paid £3,000 for the aids and this is unacceptable. I don’t blame the staff but lack of them.

Exemplary Service
First time for a hearing test and I was a bit apprehensive and unsure of what to expect. Booking online was quick and a nice touch with a phone call checking I was OK for the appointment.
I arrived early for the appointment but this was OK and spent time chatting to the receptionist who was brilliant - very friendly and helpful. I was taken through the testing process by Helen so I fully understood what was happening. The service was exemplary and Helen and her colleague were supportive and helped me throughout.
I would highly recommend Audika in particular the staff at Mayflower Street.
