From my first visit right through to purchasing and follow up visits I could not have had better service.
The hearing test I received was very thorough in identifying my hearing loss and Ben at the Plymouth branch conducted himself in a very professional manner.
At no point was I under any sales pressure.
I purchased a pair of oticon cic aids which were bespoke and fit like a glove.
The difference these have made have been amazing.
Both receptionists, Maria and Jane were also friendly and welcoming.

Great services available at this branch. I arrived early for my appointment and the staff were kind enough to see me regardless, of which was fantastic. They were very polite, a clean environment, and the service was top notch. They did what was required and this has really helped me out, when other services wouldn't.
