Patient and thorough

All good - Lucas was on time, efficient and polite.

I had my hearing tested recently and was very impressed with the whole experience. The audiologist was extremely professional and clearly knew what he was talking about. He took the time to explain everything clearly and was happy to answer all of my questions, which I really appreciated.
I never felt rushed and came away feeling that I had been given a thorough and honest assessment of my hearing. Excellent service from start to finish, and I would definitely recommend them.

Full annual check up revealed some changes and adjustments made new advances in technology explained but not pressurised to change at this stage

I was told about the testing in clear language but decided against spending the money to get a slightly better hearing aid and - thank goodness - it was accepted and I was not subjected to the ‘hard sell’ for which I was grateful.
