I could not believe this service was free.
Ben, the audiologist was very good, talked me all the way through the test, explained thee anatomy of the ear, and was completely honest, telling me my hearing was perfect, and that he would send a letter to my GP, to say I had had the hearing test, and there maybe something else causing my tinnitus.
Grace, the girl on reception, is also lovely

Punctual, polite and efficient service. Explained everything they were doing and put no pressure on me to buy their hearing aids as I can get them on the NHS

I had the ear wax removal done, Mandy was very thorough and caring.
The wax removal was painless and I can now hear a lot better.

Visited hidden hearing in Hull yesterday with the problem been wax stuck deep down in my right ear. Mandy was very informative during my appointment and resolved the issue straight away. Great service and would highly recommend if you have any problems with your ears.

Very impressive experience. Mandy was very welcoming and put me at ease immediately. The treatment for ear wax blockage was completely comfortable and successful - made a big difference to everyday life! I will be returning for checkups. Just had my ear wax removed from both ears never had done before it was very good experience could hear better afterwards the Ear practitioner was called Mandy Taylor waht a loverly lady made me feel relaxed

I found hidden hearing from a Google search in my local area. I have never needed an ear wax removal before so I was a bit anxious and didn’t know what to expect. I paid £50 for both ears which after a few quotes was the cheapest. I was late for my appointment and the call staff was really helpful and understanding. Mandy was really educated and made me feel at ease during the appointment. She explained everything in detail with care and attention. I would highly recommend. Mandy was very thorough, gave a detailed explanation before the procedure and continued to explain what was happening throughout the wax removal process. Friendly greeting on arrival and departure. This is the third venue I have used over the last few years for wax removal and definitely reythis one!

Mandy (Hull) was excellent she persisted in removing the wax from my ears although it was a bit of a struggle at times

My review is based on not knowing the price until the very end.
Also I would like to know a little more about the manufacturer and its range of hearing aids.
But I must mention that the presentation was very good indeed.

Mandy from the hull branch was so lovely and caring if I had to go back I would definitely go without hesitation 5 star service.

The Hearing test was very good and well explained the issue was the costs for the hearing aids and should have maybe explained the costs when booking the test

The consultant was great. He explained everything really clearly and was obviously skilled. Nice environment, easy too make the appointment and I understood my options clearly.

Mandy is totally professional in the service provided by hidden hearing. You know what is happening every step of the way; totally painless and pretty quick really. Well done Mandy.
