I came to see Mandy Taylor for I came to see mandy Taylor at the Hull branch for earwax removal and had a very positive experience. She is a real expert who explains the procedure thoroughly putting one at ease. She is also most generous with her time and I thoroughly recommend her to anyone with ear problems. Today I had my ear wax removed by Mandy and she didn't fall short of making the experience as smooth and calming as she could. She answered any questions I had and made me feel very comfortable. Ben Rogers your hearing aid dispenser was very professional in his approach to assisting me in choosing a hearing aid, providing me lots of tests and information, he made me feel very relaxed in the way he presented a hearing test ,explaining each part in layman's terms.

From meeting Grace the receptionist & Mandy the gear care practitioner I felt comfortable and found the whole experience very professional. They were polite and caring in every way. Mandy is just brilliant! Patient, kind, always informative and hands on. She really made me feel calm and involved which for me was such a good experience.
