Appointment on time every thing explained very clearly

Adam was polite and welcoming he was reassuring and made sure I was comfortable
He went through the hearing test with me and told me what to expect he was very thorough and competent in his work I would highly recommend Adam if you are thinking of an hearing test with a view to purchasing hearing aids

I feel that when I go to my hearing test I am treat like an individual and not just a number. Adam explains everything in detail and puts me at ease with his caring attitude. The quality of products are second to none as is the service provided by the whole team . I would recommend Audika to my family and friends who were concerned about their hearing loss .

Karyse and Adam have been excellent in their dealing with my elderly mother's hearing problems; they've treated her with the utmost professionalism and been incredibly helpful every time we've been in the Carlisle store. Every step of the process has been friendly and completely open, they've explained what will happen and how and nothing has been done without my mother's involvement or agreement.
I would certainly recommend Hidden Hearing to anyone experiencing hearing loss and looking for a better solution than those offered by NHS

We recently arrived in the UK from France. We called in to Audika Carlisle without an appointment to ask about maintenance of hearing aids bought in France. We were warmly and professionally greeted by Karyse who cleaned & replaced filters then Adam fitted us in between appointments to explain how to remove & refit the ear buds and the inner filters. Service of the highest level.

Being made welcome into the shop and also the professional appearance and attention of Mr Gill.

We booked an appointment for myself and my wife at the Carlisle hidden hearing store on Devonshire street Carlisle.
The welcome and greeting from the receptionist was first class and put us both at ease. Very well done.

Now for the best bit, We were taken through your procedures by Adam Gill Graham, whom we found to be well presented and the service he provided was indeed brilliant, taking the time to explain everything to do with the problems of our hearing.
Adam then went on to demonstrate your hearing aid products, which we found absolutely fascinating.
NO HARD SELL HERE JUST HONEST REPRESENTATION OF WHAT PRODUCTS WERE BEST FOR BOTH OF US.
Due to the fact we felt cared for and the demonstration of your product, it was easy for us to make a decision to go ahead with the purchase of 2 sets of aids for myself and my wife.
We have been back to the store for follow up, once again both the receptionist and Adam we without doubt a credit to your company.
We feel confident and without question would recommend your company to our friends.
Best money we have spent in years.

Adam and his team are fantastic

My mother has just recently passed away but hidden hearing provided her with her aids for five years plus. The support that they provided was second to none there were no pushy upgrades calls they provided what was promised and gave my mother her hearing worry free in her final days. Excellent and trustworthy company
