I needed to telephone Audika

I needed to telephone Audika, Chester le Street to arrange my mother's yearly hearing and hearing aid review.

I was put through to Hayley at the Blackburn store and was so very impressed by the service I received.

Not only was she able to book an appointment there and then, she also confirmed, due to my mother, sadly, having to be placed in a Residential Care Home, she was able to confirm that a home visit was available.

All in a matter of minutes! This is what I call 'Exceptionl Customer Service'.

Thank you Audika and especially Hayley for one of the best experiences I've had regarding Customer Service.

A great Ambassador for Audika.

Always a warm welcome and professional…

Always a warm welcome and professional approach during appointments. Audiologist knowledgeable and explains everything clearly and made to feel comfortable. The receptionist Hayley is very helpful and
provides exceptional support and care. Would highly recommend this branch for hearing issues .
