Very experienced and helpful.

Popped into Audika in Bath with my dad’s hearing aid - the wire had broken. I feared the worst and that we’d need new hearing aids but Andy simply fitted a new wire, cleaned it all up and we were good to go. Excellent professional, friendly and efficient service, would definitely recommend Andy and Tereza.

Chris is friendly efficient & professional & listened to what I had to say. Audika’s Receptionist is also friendly & helpful. An all-round excellent service.

Went to have my ears dewaxed which was completed in good time and asked for a hearing test appointment. The team were able arrange for me to meet an audiologist straightaway. He was very thorough and I was able to try out one hearing aid. Returning next Friday to try out some more.
Impressed with the willingness of the team to accommodate my mobility issues and deal with me on the ground floor.

The service was thorough and honest as to one's hearing requirements. Everything was perfect.

I come and see Siobhan for my wax removal. She is a lovely young lady. Nothing is ever to much trouble, she always sits and chats with me after, which is always nice, as I live alone and I don’t have a lot of company.

Excellent Audiologist, asked lots detailed pertinent questions, and listened for an hour. Whole experience including hearing tests much more thorough and Audiologist Andy much more knowledgeable than previous provider (have worn aids for 10 years)
2 appointments - not rushed or pressurised in any way.Into my second week with new aids about to have first follow up appointment but things already greatly improved.

The man we saw was brilliant. He explained everything very well.

Chris Morgan has a reassuring and friendly demeanour. I have been introduced to using technology to aid my experience in a way that he has simplified for me. As an elderly client this is very helpful. One week in, So far, so good. Thankyou.

On a prolonged holiday from Australia last week found myself short of supplies for my oticon hearing aids. Andy Collis could not have been more helpful not only providing the necessary supplies but giving useful advice. I would highly recommend Hidden Hearing.

Really convenient location, appointment for earwax removal. Audiologist was very nice, thoroughly professional, procedure fully explained and completely successful. Appointment included free hearing test also. As it is a small practice, it was closed over lunchtime, which was a shame as we arrived early and were locked out, especially for an elderly couple who arrived early for their appointment also and had to stand out in the rain until office opened. Would still highly recommend .

I attended the Clinic for the first time for Ear wax removal on 23 May 2026
I received treatment as soon as I arrived. The procedure was "friendly and efficient". I was given a further appointment to remove more stubborn wax. I was offered a free hearing test which I subsequently declined because my hearing had improved.

Been a client of Hidden Hearing for 3 years now and I have found the staff to be very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in solving any problems. Andy Collis has been my dispenser and someone who has supported and encouraged me to persevere when I have encountered difficulties. Thank you Andy. Highly recommend.

My German hearing aid came apart. Even through this system is not popular in UK Andy Collins came up with a solution. I am very thankful.
