Total fraud. They let me deposit easily but since I requested for payout it has been paid till date. Their support are so horrible, they don't respond. Avoid them immediately. I have switched to 777 mines and with them I have never encountered any problems or delays with my payouts.

I will never trade with Audacity Capital again, and I cannot recommend them after my experience.

My payout was denied and they breached my account, with one of the reasons being alleged “Tick Scalping.” I completed 173 trades, and they identified only 4 trades under two minutes, representing just 2.31% of my total trades. Three of those trades were Stop Losses, and the four trades combined actually resulted in a loss of approximately $43. I do not use HFT robots or any HFT strategy; these were normal trades where the market simply reached my Stop Loss shortly after entry.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I used the same trading methodology during the evaluation, passed it, and was approved. I was never warned that there was a problem with my trading style. Only when I requested my payout did these four trades become part of the justification for refusing payment and breaching my account.

I have received payouts from other prop firms using the same trading methodology without this kind of issue. After this experience, I have completely lost confidence in Audacity Capital. I will never trade with them again and I do not recommend them.

I was evaluating a test purchase, but Audacity is denying withdrawals from profitable traders, so they don't deserve my hard-earned money.

They don't pay out; they wait until the final stage and then make various excuses, even when you provide proof. They simply say the trading desk's decision won't change, regardless of the evidence. It's terrible—I don't recommend it for profitable traders; they just want to make money off the test itself.

Literally passed the challenge then 10 minute later they say i breached it with drawdown limit wich i never even touched 2% of dd in the 5% daily cap, shitlow propfirm that dont payout, buyed review will take legal action .

Firm advertises that it allows news trading but there is a big catch. It considers breach if trade which was opened much earlier gets either hit SL or TP at the time of news. And this is the main reason why many traders breach the account so that firm can deny payout.

This clearly shows firm is not transparent in their promises, but traders take it granted that firm allows news trading means firm is transparent, in reality it is not.

Traders keep in mind this firm "do not allow news trading" as for that purpose you need to now keep track of news events like a TV News reporter rather than trading your strategy.

Great firm and good customer service

The worst prop firm ever. I had a drawdown of 3900 on a $50000 account on a verification stage and I received an email that I've reached the maximum drawdown. Such a shame. Not recommended.

​Audacity Capital is hands down the absolute worst prop firm I have ever encountered in my entire trading career from 2020 right up to this day in 2026.
​They have zero respect for their clients. The moment you actually make a profit and request a payout, they suddenly pull hidden, unwritten rules out of thin air. They will desperately look for any cheap excuse to blow your account, deny your hard-earned payout, and shamelessly steal the initial fee you paid out of your own pocket!
​I am strongly warning anyone even considering buying an account from this firm: stay far away! They lure traders in with the trap that they are a "legitimate prop firm" operating since 2012, but it is nothing but a calculated deception to exploit us.
​This is not a trustworthy prop firm; they are a pack of financial parasites and thieves who have banded together to rob hard-working traders. Please, warn anyone you know who is thinking of opening an account with them. We need to protect each other from these bandits.

I don’t want you to waste your money and time with this fund. Please invest in something more worthwhile.

Let me share my trading experience with account number 190370 (5K Instant Funding, from June 8 to June 26):

1.I had a strict risk management strategy, never exceeding 1% per trade.

2.I always set SL and TP in advance.

3.My win rate was 77.08%.

I reached the profit target of 10%, but my payout was rejected with the reasons that I violated two rules:

1.News trading rule – On June 17, I set TP and SL 4 hours in advance, with SL at -45.4 USD (0.9%).

2.A hidden rule – No opening of 2 orders in the same currency pair. This was never mentioned on the dashboard, even though it is very important.

What was unfair is that they marked me as failed since June 17 without any notification. They let me continue trading until I hit the profit target, and only at payout time they told me I didn’t pass. That is simply ridiculous.

I want to share this with all traders considering this fund: find a fairer one instead. A fund with hidden and unfair rules like this should not be supported.

I have full trading history as evidence.
