Hasn’t arrived
Was meant to arrive Thursday past and it’s now coming to Sunday and still hasn’t arrived! Contacted courier who cannot give a date it will arrive despite it having been at the depot for the past 3 days. Not good enough!

The item I purchased was not available
The item I purchased was not available. I was credited for my purchase but I noticed that there were 2 separate charges. One for the purchase price and one that was about $1.41 more which ended up being the charged amount. I was told the exchange rate changed. At that point it was not worth the bother to request the difference. Not to worry, life happens. I want to make clear that they responded quickly which I feel is a sign of good customer service.

Custom fitting for a new fairway wood. Great selecton of manufacturers clubs and shafts and expertly lead through the process by Adam.
Went for the Titleist TSR2 with Tour Ad shaft, which I received a week later and it's perfect.
Couldn't recommend Adam highly enough, and the price was competitive.
