I purchased 2 flavour drops which when delivered 1 was out of date in 10 days the other September 2026 I emailed them and was sent a replacement lot of flavour drops which arrived today 1 of the expires in 6 days and the other September 2026 with 100 serves in each bottle this is extremely disappointing and frustrating

Very good protein although a little costly.

Aweful experience
Did not receive the package due to courier's oversight of leaving it in a random location without leaving proof of delivery, impossible to find where it was and package was stolen after few days. Therefore communicated with myprotein regarding this incident and had the most aweful experience. It takes some effort to talk to a real human, then all real human were somehow like robots(probably forced to do so) and could not provide any useful information, only prescirbed sentences that they collected from a poorly constructed system that is designed by people who either dont know how to solve a problem or intentionally not to so they can 'keep improving it'. The process is long, time-consuming and unproductive, it is like a scenario in distopian sci-fi movie where we were trapped in a nightmare with no way out and you can only speak to a broken AI. Please - its a profitable global business, if a customer loses their pacakge - just resend them one straightaway instead of spending 7 days lauching a 'case investigation' to decide to send another one afterall - seriously think about how you do your business and how much time, energy and money you are spending on unnecessary processes rather than steamlining it, is that why everything us becoming more expensive? spend more effot on making better products and your customers's life easier would be more beneficial to your business. and your welcome for the advice

You are using misleading marketing discount to lure customers buying your products
Disgusting customer service and dishonesty is what I call this style of marketing
I will never buy again from you again
Ps. The one kilo protein which costed me after discount in Dec 25 for $52 dollars has costed me $87 in May 26 after the same discount. ?? This is a complete joke. And your extra discount of 10% is very misleading. You are discounting 10% from the balance left on the main discount. That becomes a 46% discount NOT a50% discount. This is called misleading information to get sales. Absolutely rubbish
