Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service! The product I ordered ended up not fitting me the best, I contacted Customer Service and they went above and beyond to help me exchange the product for a type that was abetter fit. They are very prompt responding and showed a great deal of knowledge of their product line suggesting alternatives to quickly resolve my inquiry. The product itself is of high quality, very soft material, and once you find your great fit you will experience a very comfortable bra that complements your body shape.

Excellent Customer Service!

I bought 2 deep V jelly bras and 1 strapless. The deep V’s were perfect, so comfortable, perfectly sized, perfectly perfect! The strapless didn’t work for me. Sophie in customer service was excellent, so helpful and sent me another deep v as a replacement and it’s great. Will definitely buy again!

My friend introduced me to Celeste D’or…

My friend introduced me to Celeste D’or Curve as she had placed a recent order. She gifted me the bra she bought as it was the wrong size for her and she got a replacement. The bras are amazingly comfortable so much so that you don’t know you are wearing one. They offer comfort and lift and are very flattering for the larger bust.
My customer service experience thanks to Julie was amazing as she helped me find my perfect fit.

Fabulous customer service and great bras!

Fabulous customer service when I had to change the size of the bras I ordered. You don’t always get that kind of service these days but Emily was wonderful.
The bras are comfortable, supportive, and give a really nice shape. Love them.

I am very dissatisfied with the service…

I am very dissatisfied with the service that Celeste Dór have given me, I will not be purchasing again and want to warn others-
DO NOT ACCEPT THE REPLACEMENT OFFER
I wish I had never agreed to the offered replacement as neither Bra's sent were a good fit, I have been told that I have to pay for two seperate return postage fees, so that's now £14.00 deducted off my refund. Very unhappy customer!

To clarify the situation for transparency:

You placed one original order and were issued a complimentary replacement under our Perfect Fit Guarantee. The replacement was sent entirely free of charge, with no cost for the item or outbound shipping.

The guarantee removes the need to return an item in order to receive a replacement. However, once a customer chooses to proceed with a full refund instead of keeping the replacement, our standard return policy applies.

Your original order and the complimentary replacement were shipped as two separate consignments. As outlined in our return terms, each dispatched shipment carries its own return handling fee of £6.95. This policy is applied consistently across all orders.

There was no obligation to accept the replacement, and no return would have been required had you chosen to keep it.

Return labels have been issued as requested so your refund can proceed under the stated policy.

Comfortable, Supportive & Confidence-Boosting

I bought two of the Seamless Everyday Push Up Bras in black and white. After experiencing stage 3 breast cancer and a significant lumpectomy, I’ve always struggled to find a bra that is not only comfortable, but also gives me the shape I want. These bras do exactly that, while also giving me back the confidence I’ve lacked for years. Highly recommend!

I had high expectations

I had high expectations. I am a size 32 D so i ordered the small. It was tight all around. It did not lift and made me achy. Otherwise nice quality, soft and looks very nice.

For a 32D, sizing can sometimes depend on both band preference and overall bust distribution. If the Small felt tight all around and didn’t provide lift, it may simply be a structure adjustment rather than a quality issue — especially since you mentioned the fabric and finish were nice.

Brilliant

Brilliant, personal customer service that is unusual these days. They made good on their fit to perfection guarantee and recommended me the right possible style for my larger boobs. I thought I was a 36F but after a recent measurement it turns out I'm 38H so these bras aren't suitable, but I'm definitely regifting them to a friend as they are comfortable, soft and supportive. Would definitely recommend.

After nearly 5 months of trying to get…

After nearly 5 months of trying to get my remaining money I am owed by this company for the postage label that they have charged me for but not provided.

I have given up with this company. I will try and recover costs through my credit card provider.

The company seem to think a customer paying for a service they haven’t provided is acceptable.

1. You have charged me for a service
2. I contacted you multiple times about not receiving the returns label
3. I am told to keep waiting until it appears in my inbox (clearly it is not being sent as emails appear instantly once sent)
3. I have still not received the returns label via email so ask for it in an alternative method
4. I am not there is no alternative method of access to the label
5. So I request a refund of £12.95 because I have not been able to use the service that I have been charged for
6. I am told you cannot refund the £12.95 - for a reason that I am not sure of apart from “computer says no” which is ridiculous as there should be ways to override your system.

The return fee covers the creation and activation of a prepaid, trackable return label within our carrier system. Once that label is created, the service has been fulfilled within the returns platform.

We understand you have stated that you did not receive the email containing the label. While we cannot control individual inbox delivery, spam filtering, firewall settings, or provider-level blocking, the return label was made available through the registered email process.

For compliance and fraud-prevention reasons, prepaid labels are only accessible through the secure link sent to the registered email address. We do not distribute labels through alternative unsecured channels.

Because the return label service was initiated within our system, the return handling fee is not refundable.

If you choose to pursue this through your card provider, we will provide the relevant system records as part of that review.

It does sound like this may simply be a sizing adjustment. If you’re feeling cutting at the sides and under the bust, that typically indicates either the band is too tight or the cup depth needs increasing.

Olivia is so kind,polite and understanding person and the way she answered to all the emails was so professional,prompt and kind and I appreciate that! For me the first order was not what I’ve expected because of the size but I can truly say that you can feel the comfort and the softness of the bra! Would not hold breast in

Ordered 2 bras and neither held in my breast - so I had spillage. I ordered based on measurements, not just a random size. I contacted the company and they offered to sell me 2 additional bras in a different size, but I could not return these because I had worn them. I understand hygiene, however I wore them 1 day and my breast kept falling out. How would a customer know that their breast would fall out without wearing the bra? Poor customer service, poor product! I will never shop with them again!

To clarify, you confirmed that the bras were worn beyond a standard try-on. As outlined in our hygiene policy, items that have been worn are not eligible for return. This policy exists to protect all customers. Once an item has been worn for extended use, we cannot resell it due to potential exposure to perspiration, skin oils, deodorant transfer, stretching of fabric, or other forms of wear that are not always visibly detectable.

We fully understand that fit concerns such as spillage can only be assessed when trying a bra on, but yours was worn and tags were removed.
