All were provided via email in a timely and responsive manner. I bought the charm and was delighted with what I received. The charm arrived via special delivery within a couple of days of ordering. After an initial problem with my card…
After an initial problem with my card payment, I had a brief email conversation with James. He was thoughtful enough to point out that the bangle I was ordering was relatively small. While I had realised this, I am very impressed he did so, as there could have been disappointment on Christmas day. There won't be, it is perfect and very beautiful.
