Service in shop good. We had the goods delivered and service was good there too.

Service in shop was very good staff very helpful. Ordered total of 5 items and set delivery for 25th Jan received phone call to say 2 items not available so moved delivery to 8th Feb received another call to say items still not in so may not come with rest of items. Sure enough delivery arrived and 2 items not sent. 2 men who delivered could not be faulted in any way. Phone store and got refund for items not delivered but now have to try and match from another source hence only 3 stars

Great service yesterday from the delivery team . Arrived on time and put together all of our furniture without a word . I thought it would be a problem as our staircase is difficult to get around but nothing was too much trouble for them and the room looks great thank you

Great product and delivery

The two guys who delivered the items were really helpful and completed a delivery with no fuss.

Ordered a lovely oak bed on saturday and delivered following Friday. Text the day before with delivery slot. Turned up on time, delivery men absolutely brilliant, polite, considerate and put the bed together in no time at all. Not dissapointed in the whole process and the bed is beautiful. Thank you all for such a great service.

I took advantage of my husband attending a meeting in the Milton Keynes area to swing by A Touch of Pine on his 350 mile journey to pick up my order (or even part of order). Which was a brilliant idea especially seeing that this company is in the dark ages and don't courier items!! Thought I'd check at lunchtime having not heard anything, that all was well, only to find out that I had to do all the running around phoning both stores, being told I'd receive a call back ... 2.5hrs later by which time my husband had finished his meeting and was sitting outside - only to find that A Touch of Pine didn't actually have either part of my order - even though their website stated they had one left!!

So instead of quickly alerting me the customer first thing in the morning to their error they updated their website and then phoned me to advise!!!!!

I don't tend to give reviews however, when I feel so badly let down I feel I must advise on A Touch of Pine very poor customer service.

** I should have added this was their 2nd if not 3rd chance, the first was back at the beginning of November when I ordered online to then find out found they didn't deliver outside a 50 mile radius and even though I emailed them to enquire about other delivery options they failed to reply and ignored my email!!!

This order of the same item should have highlighted to them the error in their system - I would have forgiven that but instead you continued to advertise having a clock in stock even though you didn't! Which is why I sent my husband to collect... only to find they still didn't have a clock even though their website said they did aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh

Which is why i have written this review 1st, 2nd & 3rd chances A Touch of Pine failed in Customer Service.

Thoroughly professional service selling a quality product delivered when they it would be by courteous delivery men that took extreme care when carrying our purchase into the house.

We had a very friendly and helpful service. The shop is full of beautiful furniture with plenty of choice to choose from. Gary was great and patient whilst we measured up. The furniture was delivered first thing and put together for us where we wanted it . Good solid pretty furniture

I have been very impressed with A Touch of Pine. I placed a large order and it had taken me a while to make up my mind! But they were happy to let me wander round the shop and take measurements with no interference or hard sales approach - VERY refreshing nowadays! The delivery all went smoothly, they texted me with a delivery time and turned up on time (again VERY rare these days!). The delivery team were great and handled the furniture with care, whilst still watching my newly painted walls and new carpet. The items were assembled upstairs and look absolutely fabulous! Such great quality and unique pieces at a reasonable price. I cannot fault their service.

Delivered on time and top quality installation and finish

I'm so pleased with my new wardrobe - it looks fabulous. The delivery was prompt and the delivery men were polite and informative. I would definitely recommend.
