Great service from Banbury branch. We had an oak veneer bookcase from Argos (don’t judge 😎) and wanted to get 4 matching bookcases. Decided on a whim to visit A Touch of Furniture in Banbury. So glad we did. Got 4 bookcases for the price of 3 (weekend offer) and the delivery guys were excellent. You won’t get emails, everything is in a book, but whenever I called for info, I got to speak to a human, in the shop!! Yes I know, madness 😊 and they actually helped. Will definitely ship there again. Thanks again to the 2 delivery guys, amazing.

WHY ADVERTISE IT IF YOU AINT GOT IT
My wife and I visited the Bicester branch in December 2017 looking for bar stools we found one we liked at £120 and ordered 4 and paid a deposit, we were told that these items were not currently in stock and will have to be ordered from the supplier and will be delivered in January 2018 in January we received confirmation that these items would not be available until the beginning of February so we said we would wait.
On 14th February I rang the company to get an update and was told the order had been further delayed until March/April I then cancelled the order and received confirmation of refunded deposit the following day .
What I cannot comprehend is why companies advertise items that they do not have in stock.
I was informed that the suppliers are a foreign company and I would hazard a guess they are throwing their toys out of the pram due to Brexit and are taking it out on potential customers.
If Touch of pine Bicester would supply me with the suppliers contact address I will write to them and air my greivances.

We have ourselves been let down by the supplier in question and now no longer buy from them. Delivery was exceptional.
I was a bit difficult with delivery time and had to alter. A Touch of Pine were very accommodating and even arrived early, willing to wait. Assembly was very quick and they took away all the packaging. The product was exactly as expected.

Slightly dissapointed with the product …
Slightly dissapointed with the product as the points of 2 screws are penetrating out of the wood at the back of the desk...not dangerous when in position but it has the potential to be when moving the desk, or it could put a deep scratch in a wall.

We ordered oak furniture to fill a 5 bedroom house. Nothing was too much trouble regarding service from our initial shop visit to the 3 staff members unpacking, unloading, and fitting and positioning the furniture in their correct position. Their competitors do not offer this service. Cannot recommend enough !

Stock issues
We ordered 2 wardrobes and a chest of drawers online and although the drawers were delivered on time, we received a call to say the two wardrobes have been delayed a further 3 weeks due to a stock issue. Had we known at the time of ordering we would have chosen alternative wardrobes. The delivery however was perfect and the guys were courteous and profession. The drawers are excellent quality and we would certainly order again

Occasionally, our own suppliers get unexpected delays with shipping container deliveries which means that we run short of popular items. This doesn't happen very often but it's disappointing to let any customer down.
