I booked a transfer at 11:36am and cancelled 6 hours later due to flight being cancelled and contacted the vendor immediately. The driver said no problem. Yet the office was fighting with me to create a fraudulent money grab and scam and charge me the full rate. After repeatedly allowing them to make good and refund the amount they then offered 50% discount.
When in fact this should be 100% refund. I proved the flight was cancelled though I did not need to, yet they still were looking for the money grab scam.
I told them I would be filing a dispute and also informed them that I am traveling with a special needs child and this will not look good for them. Their answer was “ good luck”.
I proved I cancelled within 6 hours the prior day!!!
All I can say is in this day and age with Google, trip advisor, do yourself a HUGE favor and stay away from this company.
I will be posting all of the snapshots and texts with the vendor for you all to see. Thank you to all my followers, we just broke 85k followers.
As I say in all my posts if you find a good vendor give him compliments. When you find a poor vendor like this, expose so others don’t make this same mistake.

I booked a transfer through AtoB Transfer
I booked a transfer through Atobtransfer,booking 2G6223,but the service completely failed to deliver and acted like a fraudulent organization.
Main issues:
Failure to provide service: The order was placed and paid for in advance. Upon arrival at the airport, the driver simply didn't show up.I had to urgently find a taxi on the spot and overpay.
Lack of support: The customer support team is purely for show. No one responded to my inquiries during the issue.
Refund refusal: After filing an official claim for a refund for a cancelled trip, the company either ignores my requests or sends standard replies refusing. They refuse to refund, despite their obvious fault.
Bottom line:
Atobtransfer takes an advance payment but doesn't guarantee the trip. If something goes wrong, you'll be left without a transfer and without your money. I strongly advise against using this service if you value your time, nerves, and money.

The driver did show up. In the ground transportation industry, when a flight number is provided in a booking, the standard practice is for the driver to track the flight and be present in the arrivals hall at the actual landing time. Our driver did exactly that. We have timestamped photos confirming his presence in the arrivals hall and logs of multiple contact attempts - both WhatsApp messages and direct calls to your number - none of which received a response.
Regarding support: we contacted you first, as soon as your complaint came through, and informed you that an investigation had been opened. Over the following days, we reached out multiple times. You did not respond until our investigation concluded - at which point you chose to call our team fraudsters rather than engage with the documented evidence.
The refund was declined because the investigation, supported by documented evidence, confirmed the driver fulfilled his obligations. A no-show procedure was correctly applied.
We have full evidence available and have submitted it to Trustpilot for review. We regret that this experience was frustrating for you, but the claims made in this review do not reflect what the evidence shows.
