The organisation was simply poor.
Pickup was booked for 10:45. After asking, the time was first changed to 11:15 and then to 11:26. With a flight at 14:15 and us clearly needing to be at the airport around 12:00, that left far too little buffer. In the end we only just made it, arriving about one hour before departure – unnecessarily stressful.
On top of that, a completely different driver with a different car showed up than what was announced. The driver himself did his best to fix the mess – he handled that well, thank you for that. But the organisation and communication were lacking. For a booked transfer this is simply not acceptable.

I was a partner of AtoB in Lisbon
I was a partner of AtoB in Lisbon.
AtoB used to have reasonable prices for Lisbon transfers (for the driver) but suddenly decided to cut the price for the drivers, that doesn’t mean cutting the price for the passengers.
Also AtoB can cancel a ride at any time, even a few seconds before a transfer would start, not paying any sort of compensation to the driver. But, on the other side, if a driver needs to cancel (pass it to another partner), the penalty will be charged, no matter what.
Can you imagine blocking an agenda for a trip from Porto to Lisbon and seing it cancelled on the day before (after spending time to arrange everything with the client because there was a marathon and some streets were closed, so the pick up time needed adjustment; and it was arranged directly with the passengers). I was driving and couldn't answer an e-mail from AtoB with the updated information and therefore they decided to cancel the transfer for me, without any sort of compensation.
After having other issues with them, I decided to end the partnership with AtoB and ask them to pass the other transfers I had on my agenda to other drivers. (If they can do one on their side without any cost, why can't they do it on my side, also without any cost?)
In conclusion, they removed the transfers and passed it to other drivers but when payday arrived, they didn’t pay me the completed transfers and charged me 20€ penalty for each transfer that they passed to other drivers. So, instead of getting 45€, I ended up owing them 96€
Is this an honest platform or a fraudulent one?
AtoB is making a lot of Money at drivers expenses (and high price on the transfers for the passengers)
