Been daily driving AtlasOS on my main system for years now, and it's the best custom Windows I've used. I've tried quite a few custom debloated Windows versions, because I can't stand the slop that is... See more

Enhanced Performance in Rust with AtlasOS
I've successfully installed AtlasOS and made adjustments to the NV settings along with tweaks using MSI Afterburner. In Rust, which is my primary game, I've observed a significant performance improvement, with my average FPS increasing from 85 to 90 to now averaging 135 FPS.

it made my pc faster and smoother best os
Overall super nice experience
Good support, FPS Boost was noticeable went from avg 200-250 fps (valorant) to around 350-500 using the new v0.4, SIGNIFICANT decrease in input delay, and yes you can feel it alot atleast in valorant, overall its a very good product and im happy with it so far
NOT futureproof but it works, I guess...
Reinstalling Windows every time a new Atlas version comes out just so the "irreversible" scripts and the "updated modules" work is pretty damn annoying. I wouldn't have installed 0.3.2 had it not EXPLICITLY said it would be fully upgradable to future Atlas versions but NO. At least it's fully serviceable with Windows updates.
That aside there's no option to disable the branding everywhere and most of the under-the-hood tweaks aren't explained unless you read their source code, which most people won't. They could be sneaking in scheduled tasks for all most people know.
It does, however, clean up some windows bloat but that's only the bare minimum I'd expect, and I don't notice anything else because they don't TELL you what else they do.
Super smooth experience
Straight forward installation. Works great on lower-end systems. Extremely satisfied with the idle CPU and Memory usage!
this atlas os give me good performance
Awesome Playbook!
Very good Playbook. Removed unnecessary stuff. Only problem is that the AI feature on the Discord didn't help me getting the Xbox services back. (It also removed them so I couldn't log-in to Minecraft.)
Good Fps,Smooth
The title says it all its smooth it gives me good fps in games on windows 10 i didnt try windows 11 yet but i hope the results are just as good on windows 11

The Best Custom Windows OS
use this before and i gonna download this os again
10/10 best custom os
Disappointment
It did not increase FPS and on the contrary, it made my computing experience more difficult, as well as packet loss and lag download speed in games
ITS VERY GOOD!
Its very good! i have a rx 550 and i5 gen 10 but the games with win 11 original are going 100 fps...But with Atlas os i have 200 fps on every game
security......
Most people just look at the slight performance boost, but underneath this "operating system" is a nightmare. It removes updates, antivirus and other security features. It doesn't even tell you that it removes the anti-virus, so you could install a one yourself.
This is the best OS i`ve ever had…
This is the best OS i`ve ever had yet...
since i installed last week i`ve been getting almost no fps drops on minecraft , valorant , fornite , gta V
and other games. my fps were capped at 165hz
download it and give it a try yourself
OBS Performance Improvements
Back then, trying to record Project DIVA with x264 Low CPU on OBS at 30FPS was so resource-intensive I could barely make it past a few first notes on HARD. When I try Atlas, however, with the same amount of mods I gave to Windows (StartisBack, alcatel Windows 7 theme, DWMBlurGlass, etc...) recording with x264 feels so stable now, and I can still get myself a good score & rating in most EXTREME plays. I'm stuck at 30FPS and x264, though. NVENC is not supported and QSV return errors
