Brilliant service!

I recently bought an electric hob from AT Johnson' s electrical store in Norfolk Street, King's Lynn.

Phoned them first, spoke to Dominic. Really helpful, knew exactly what I needed. Went ahead and purchased hob which was installed in my home a week later.

Installation process was on time, quick and efficient. Friendly helpful fitters.

Tried to get information on what I needed from Currys. Unable to phone my local branch as they don't talk to prospective customers on phone ! Tried their central number, spoke to three different people - and got absolutely nowhere. After 27 minutes gave up and sent a formal complaint email to their CEO.

Johnsons will be my electrical goods retailer of choice from now on!
