Avoid. Avoid. Avoid!!!
Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered item for my daughter on 12th December, due to be delivered before Christmas. Burulubikini to their credit sent it out 48-hour tracked on 14th. Item has failed to arrive. I emailed them on 19th to let them know. They looked into it, came back with tracking info and said to give it another couple of days and if it still hadn't arrived they would (quote) "come up with something". All good so far except it is now 28th and item still hasn't arrived and still shows as being with Royal Mail (not even 'out for delivery')...other companies come up with solutions but Burulubikini's 'come up with something' has consisted of platitudes such as "we appreciate this must be frustrating for you", "give it another couple of days", "we have filed a complaint with Royal Mail" and now "you can return it when it arrives". Utterly useless. Note to Burulubikini: how the hell can I return something that has never arrived and is clearly lost in transit???!!! And if you check their small print they wash their hands of all responsibility from the moment it leaves them, so if item doesn't arrive they will not issue a refund...will never order from them again and strongly advise anyone else not to use them unless you are happy to lose your hard-earned money to a company that clearly doesn't give a damn about stepping up to the plate when things go wrong. Not to mention that my daughter is still without her main Christmas present; a fact Burulubikini was made aware of in my initial chasing email. Avoid at all costs.
