Amazing summer program in Oxford

Being part of the pioneer Athena Scholars batch in 2024, was truly an honour. My time on the course helped me to see the world for more than I knew it to be, and also gave me direction as to how to find my own place in the world as I was on the cusp of applying to university.

The program aided me in expanding my thinking and clarifying my thought processes not just in my academics but also in my life, especially as I was applying to university. I learnt a lot about myself in a conducive and encouraging environment alongside other future female leaders who had similar goals as me. In addition, the tutors I had, closely nurtured my passion for the subjects I studied on the course, which helped solidify my choice to study history and politics at university over, for many years, wanting to study law.

I highly recommend this course to any girls who want to be taught by the best mentors in the industry, grow and make alongside friends of like minds and are interested in building a network of future female leaders. I don't say this lightly, but this course truly changed my life and my outlook to it.
