I had transformative leadership…

I had transformative leadership experience with the Oxford Exchange at Oxford.
An extraordinary and empowering programme! The Gertrude Bell Scholars Programme at Oriel College offered a brilliant blend of rigorous seminars and expert insights into organisational, political, and global leadership. Beyond the valuable Institute of Leadership certification, connecting with an inspiring cohort of women was a true highlight. I am excited to apply these strategic lessons to champion female leadership in my work!

Mission exceeded!! Pretty impressive for a week-long immersive program!

The class composition just clicked- all ages, experience and locations- great fascinating melting pot. The guest lecturers were fantastic as were the OE Leadership who hosted a fantastic program. Came with the expectation to learn about women leadership in organizations, politics ans global environments and left more astute about global interactions and ability to have a voice and assume power based on increasing your knowledge and credibility, which expedites your impacts through earned trust and respect. Pretty Impressive for a week-long immersive program about various to women leaders and leadership.
