Excellent service

I was looking for a nice rather than expected iPhone watch strap and came across Astrastraps. I ordered a leather one for my husband and due to the discount offered I ordered a lovely usual one for myself.
Delivery was quick and product just as described.
We are already talking about ordering a few more to fit our mode or event.

The selection of options is really great for my watch the ordering process was very easy.
It arrived on time and it with good instructions to fit.
My used iwatch now looks very new……

Having tried a third party strap before, I was a little sceptical. However, Astra have surprised me. The strap quality is great, and the connections feel perfect. I’d go as far as saying I would expect something this nice from Apple themselves. But for the price, amazing. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Really like the sports straps for the pixel watch. Would love a yellow and white one. Have eight straps already. I'm a bit addicted to them. Always buy them when on offer. Good delivery. Straps are of good quality.

Great strap, as described

I received my order promptly. There was an issue with one incorrect item however the customer service was fabulous. They immediately despatched the correct item and gave constant updates of the progress. Straps are fun and nice quality

I was sent the incorrect strap. Customer services have dragged my query out over weeks. They take days to respond every time and have been demanding photos, asking if there were any other "connectors" in the package (there were not and neither would that solve the issue anyway) and now finally have submitted a "replacement request" two days ago but I have yet to hear anything else.

Avoid this company, they cannot even get a simple one item order right and will then try to deny they have made any mistake and imply that is it your fault. Dire customer service.

I got a metal strap for my pixel watch 2. It is a really nice strap for the money, definitely better than paying £200 for the official Google metal strap. Delivery was fairly fast, within a week. Would use this company again.
