Potentially Good but Bad Communication so Far

Placed pre-orders back on 4/9/2024, for the Hawaii Volcanoes & the Olympic Sunset. The Hawaii Volcanoes shipped the next day and it's great. The Olympic Sunset was supposed to ship on 5/13-5/14 per their website and confirmation email. Now delayed 4 months to September. I took two stars off because there has been no communication about the 4 month slip in delivery and I had to reach out to customer service to get a reply refusing to acknowledge the delay and pointing me to the website... Hopefully being a new micro brand they can improve and acknowledge to early pre-order holders what's going on and address the customer service gaps.
