Lovely watch that I wear every day. Fits so many of my outfits, reliable performance, doesn’t get in the way during workouts. Extremely happy with my purchase and completely recommend.

I ordered the green watch and just a little after 30 days the watch stopped working. It had no battery life. And it won’t charge at all.

This thing is a complete piece of junk. None of the smartwatch functions perform correctly The pedometer is way off as well as the blood pressure and heart rate. Also in the ads they claim to be the creator but I've seen this exact same watch for sale other places now with a different name for as little as $29. I feel like I got totally ripped off. They have of course gone dark and won't answer any of my messages now. Oh well I'll just throw it away.

It was fine. It might be that I just like analog watches, but I was hoping for an “augmented” quartz (would love a mechanical). I love my snobby Swiss watch collection and wanted some kind of crossover watch to travel with on vacation.
It didn’t overwhelm me with the quality of materials that I was hoping for - the wrist strap had sharp edges, not even expected with a cheap metal strap from a department store and the 3 watch faces (with different colors) weren’t anything special or unique, that could be easily accomplished through the UI.
I still have great hope for the company and think it was a great step in the right direction, but a focus on better material finishing would help.

hi for some reason i never get my watch. postal office looks they deliver but i notice my lot number is not in the address i wonder if you guys send me another one this is my address

Could not adjust the band and the tool that came with it broke. Also there was no instructions at all. Can not wear the watch would like to but it won’t fit way to big.

Amazing personalized Service.I had an issue with the recharging cable (my fault) and they sent me a new one within 48 hrs.THE BEST!!!

I received my watch and it exceeded my expectations. Great quality and very stylish. Lots of features are already loaded on the watch. Many different watch faces are available. It also has a super battery life. It held a charge better than any of my other smart watches. Charges quickly too. I bought the red and blue dial. Looks great. Get yourself one. You will not be disappointed.

Got my watc on time and I love it. Here's a pros and cons list for the service:

Lets start with the pros, I was very happy with the whole buying process, the emails, the owner helping me throughout with my questions, and finally him sending me extra links for free, even covering shipping from Canada. Very cool, top tier customer service and that made me positively biased reight from the start.

The watch itself looks nice, it's a unique design and to me is just as advertised, I will be recommending Elevate to my friends.

Cons, took about 8 days to arrive which I thought was a little slow. I had to use their Help Center to learn how to adjust links because I couldn't figure it out.

All in all very happy with my purchase.

Very poor communication on shipping status and arrival. I would love to have a better review but instead of an arrival expectation all Elevate sent was a range from the 3rd to the 12th… when I try and track it still shows my status as “request received from shipper.”

The watch looks great. Lighter than what you'd expect but feels good on wrist. The instruction book that comes with the watch, is very underwhelming.
The print could not be any smaller, really give no instruction and no troubleshooting whatsoever.

If you are looking for a "smart watch" you might want to try another brand. If you want a sharp watch that has some user-friendly features, this would be for you.

Trust is a hard thing to renew once broken. You did make a sale, but not a customer. Under the pretense of a young upstart business of a watch designer, only to find out that you are only a reseller. It is not the price that is upsetting, you can charge whatever you wish, but the deceit you presented to make that small profit. Fool me once, shame on you......

I have just received my new watch this week and in the few days I've had it, I've gotten many compliments on it!

Right off the start, I felt I made a great purchase. Starting off with the way Elevate packages the watch and includes extra items (screen wipes, screen protector and even a tool, so you can fit the watch to your wrist.

I am a "watch guy" but have never had a Smart Watch, mainly due to most Smart Watches lack any style. My Elevate Smart Watch is really an attractive watch and, thankfully, doesn't look like a Smart Watch.

Now, as for the watch, it is on the lighter side but really seems well built! I like watches with large faces and this watch won't let you down. It's face is large enough to easily see all of the "Smart" functions and of course, to see what time it is.

Of the many functions it has, I tested the Heart Rate and Blood Pressure functions. The Heart Rate is spot on and the Blood Pressure was off, just a slight bit (+/- 5pts.) I haven't had the time to familiarize myself with all the functions yet but will get there in time.

Lastly, Elevate's Customer Service was way above par!! From the point of purchasing the watch to ordering other supplies, Customer Service is extremely helpful. My Rep, Christian has helped me in many ways and has always followed up if I emailed him.

So in a nutshell, I'm very happy with my purchase!

I was disappointed in the quality of the bracelet and I'd like to return the watch.

Battery life is bad , lasts about 12 hours.
Instructions are minimal.
The watch looks nice initially but it doesn’t live up to the hype. Also for something claiming to be made and from Canada you should probably take the maid in China tags off.
