Customer service saved the day

I did have difficulties initially with the set up and the first ring provided, but customer services took over and efficiently resolved the issues I had, including a replacement with upgraded chip.

Smart ring

I've owned payment rings before so was familiar with the set up, first from Astari though. I bought the Matt black finish. Very comfortable to wear all day and looks good. My previous rings suffered from reliability, been using this one for about a month now without issue.

Thanks for your review and for giving Astari a try! We’re glad to hear the ring works well in most cases, but we understand how it can be frustrating when it doesn’t register with handheld terminals, like those used by food wagons or market traders.

It should work there too, so we’d love to help get that sorted for you. These terminals often have smaller or slightly hidden NFC sensors, so correct positioning is key. Make sure to hold the ring flat and parallel to the contactless logo. We’ve made a simple guide with tips and demos: astariwearables.com/how-to-pay

EXCELLENT SUPPORT

I am extremely satisfied with this special company that is entirely dedicated to customer satisfaction. To summarise my experience in a few words, I wrote to Astari's customer support to report a defect in my gold ring, a very kind employee immediately passed the problem on to the manager, Mike that offered me several solutions, I was positively impressed by this impeccable way to resolve the situation as soon as possibile, i Fever need an item to speed up I know for sure which company i world turn to
a company that has such human resources is to be considered excellent. In my case, they were the ultimate in dedication.

I wish this wonderful company every success.

Ordered a ring for my wife from…

Ordered a ring for my wife from tapster, following order and before delivery had some questions. Sent at least 6 emails which nobody responded to , went on FB group and saw everyone else saying no support from Tapster. Cancelled and returned the ring and bought from Astari . All worked fine , no issues

Very good

I got the ring because Apple Pay stopped working on my phone and it was annoying having to get my card out my wallet. The ring works perfectly - as good as the bank card without the inconvenience

The initial set up was quite difficult…

The initial set up was quite difficult because my bank was not compatible.
So I had to set up a Curve account!
But overall the Ring has been a life changer, not having to fumble into my purse looking for my debit card.

Regrettably have had to return

UPDATE- Astari have been great and very rapidly arranged refund on return of ring. I really wanted to this to work and to support but Curve have been useless. Have tried to set up account with Curve which is the only way I can use the ring as my Bank is not supported (annoyingly, neither is American Express!). Curve is useless- they cant verify my ID/complete ID check and there is no customer support apart from a support@ email address.

While Curve is a great solution for many of our customers, we know their ID verification process can occasionally be a little bit slower due to the great demand they have, and we’re genuinely sorry you’ve been caught in that. That said, we’re more than happy to help liaise with their team directly to push things along if you’re open to giving it one more shot.

There are also other options available for the UK that may work better depending on your bank or wallet preferences. If you’d like to try one of those instead, please feel free to reach out, we’d be glad to walk you through the alternatives.

Brilliant

Looks great, paired easily with Curve bank as already set up as already use another brand in a different colour. Easy to use. Love seeing cashiers faces when I use it. Lightweight too. Good communication. Highly recommend

I have been very impressed by my Atari ring so far. Easy to set up when you follow
The step by step instructions. A pleasure to use. I use mine while out for trips on my motorcycle. I don’t need to take pockets full of wallets and cards etc. Great product.

Works every time, so easy

I've had the Astari ring for a few months now, and it's just insanely useful.
Works every time for point of sale payments, with no issues.
It also works on the London Underground for tapping in & out.
Some shop assistants are surprised, which is always fun and a conversation starter.
I don't even need to have my phone or wallet with me!
I can't recommend this enough.

Astari wearables they are a better way…

Astari wearables they are a better way to pay when shopping wallets and payment cards easy and fast payments your payments show on your phone.
For me money is a thing of the past as many know watches and phones can make payments but a flat battery and you have use cards wearables don’t have batteries.Recommend these.

Astari Money Ring

I was told and showed this Astari ring while on holiday, I ordered my ring there and then! There was a minor delay in shipping no fault of Astari and they kept me well informed of what’s going on. Once receiving the ring tbh I did have a few tech issues setting it up but that may if been partly me, but I got back in touch with Astari and they was 100% there to help and surpport me through my issues, I did get it sorted in the end and the ring is so good. I would recommend the ring and rest assured Astari is there to sort out and help with any issues and what’s more you are not waiting ages for replays from them, they are very good and quick to get back to you if you was to need there help. Thank you Astari 👍
