Worth the wait!

Outside of the long wait for the gold ring to arrive, it’s been a great experience. Easy to set up on my iPhone via Curve, worked first time with no issues. The ring itself is very well crated, stylish, fits perfectly and is a good icebreaker. Would highly recommend

Amazing customer service

I can’t speak highly enough of their customer service. I bought my first ring about 18 months ago. I preordered it. They kept me updated on their progress and apologised if they was a delay in the process. When it arrived the instructions were very clear and I started using it immediately.
Unfortunately, about 16 months in it stopped working. I wrote to them explaining the problem and they asked for a video to show it. Immediately, they said they’d send a new, improved version to me free of charge. They even lay me change the style. I love the ring and wear it 24/7.

This ring is not compatible with all…

This ring is not compatible with all the debit cards even though it is mentioned. I spend days with the customer support getting this to work at the end I had to return it.

Vincent spent considerable time working through the setup with you and investigating the issue together. As we discussed throughout our correspondence, the problem was unfortunately not with the ring itself, but with the fact that your particular card is not supported directly or by Curve. While the ING Mastercard Debit cards are supported, the older Maestro and V PAY cards are not. We also never state that those cards are compatible with our wearables, and our supported banks information and setup page reflect this.

We completely understand that this was disappointing from your perspective. Even though the limitation was outside of Astari itself, the end result was that you couldn’t use the product as you had hoped.

Although our return policy would normally not cover return shipping in a case like this, we reviewed your situation and decided to reimburse those costs as a gesture of goodwill because we wanted to ensure you were not left out of pocket. We felt that was the right thing to do, even though the compatibility limitation originated with a third party rather than with the ring itself.

As a small company, we always try to be fair and work with our customers to find the best possible outcome, even when circumstances are outside of our direct control. We genuinely appreciate the time you invested in trying to make it work with us.

If you feel that our support, transparency, and ultimately our willingness to fully refund both your order and your return shipping reflected our commitment to customer service, we would be very grateful if you would consider updating your review to reflect the complete outcome. It would mean a great deal to our small team.

Really nice ring, great quality and works!

Really nice ring. Fits perfectly due to testing the ring sizer first. Went for a few drinks the same day I received it and was surprised no one had seen one before. Blowing people's minds! :)

Small criticisms: Took a long time for the ring sizer to arrive (actual ring was much faster). Although the instructions (including videos) were very good, I still had to do some googling to finish the setup (maybe it was me being silly but when adding my curve pay card to my manage-mii app, I didn't know how to find my curve pay card number. Maybe add that to the instructions. But still giving it 5 stars!

The Astari ceramic ring is fantastic

The Astari ceramic ring is fantastic, I had a lot of difficulty with Curve as their sign up instructions are not very clear, after entering my details and sending them an image of my passport they were for some reason unable to verify my identity, they refused to give me any information as to why this happened and offered no support whatsoever to resolve the problem. Vincent at Astari was very helpful and recommended HyperJar, there was a teething issue with setting that up as well but after Vincent offered further support I was able to get things up and running, Vincent offered fantastic customer support and I can highly recommend Astari if you are looking for an attractive wearable. I’ve had a few shocked faces when paying for items using the ring as many are still unaware of this technology!

Hello , I bought a ring from Astrari an year ago after a bad experience with a different company , sadly recently died , the support received from Astrari was excelent , helped me going trough the steps of figuring out what is the problem , did all checks on multiple phones and it turned out to be the ring stopped working , the company was kind to sent a replacement and let me change size for safer day to day conditions, the ring is a bit fragile as ceramic but looks great , it works great on all shops where I went and also showed off to my friends and was great , best model of ring and easy to set up with applications like curve and all , thank you for all.

Very disappointing customer experience.

I pre-ordered an Astari Metal Ring and encountered delivery issues despite providing a complete and correct shipping address. After multiple follow-ups, ASTARI confirmed that my address was properly formatted but simply directed me to contact the courier myself.

The problem was that the courier's phone line was constantly busy and unreachable. Instead of taking ownership of the issue and coordinating with their shipping partner, ASTARI left me to resolve the problem on my own.

I've successfully received many other online orders through the same courier at the same address, so this was clearly an exception that required proper customer support. Unfortunately, no meaningful solution was provided, and my order remained unresolved.

The product may be good, but customer service is tested when things go wrong. In my case, the support experience fell well below expectations.

First of all, we completely understand your frustration. When a shipment encounters an unexpected issue, especially when the address has been confirmed as correct, customers quite rightly expect us to help drive the resolution.

In this particular case, we did verify that the address information provided was complete and correctly formatted, which unfortunately left us with limited options from our side. The courier required direct contact with the recipient regarding the delivery, which is why we advised reaching out to them. However, we can absolutely understand how frustrating that becomes when their phone lines are difficult or impossible to reach.

As a small but fast growing company, we sometimes find ourselves dependent on larger logistics partners whose processes are not always as flexible as we would like. While that does not excuse the experience you had, it does explain why we were not able to intervene as effectively as we would have wanted.

We always try to work with our customers to find a solution when issues arise, and we are sorry that in this case it did not feel that way. Feedback like yours is important because it helps us identify where we can improve our escalation procedures when courier partners are not performing as expected.

I would like to thank the team at astari for keeping me up to date on my delivery off my rings it did take while to receive them off no fault off there’s just on going conflicts in the world having to re route supply’s. I hadn’t had one before so waiting didn’t matter to much But this review is about the product not the delivery. I can’t fault the rings they look good I got 2 silver gloss rings one was for my sons birthday I’ve been using mine couple off weeks now no issues at all set up was straight forward. I have used it in stores pubs restaurants works as it should lots off people making comments off all ages how trendy it is no fumbling for wallets or phones I think they are a good safety item to have incase you maybe lose your cards also on holiday heading to pool or beach no need to carry any money or phones with you this product is well worth the money and I’m sure when more people hear about them they will want one my son just set his up and said the same thing works perfectly no issues. I would definitely recommend people to get one the security is spot on also been a well thought out product a convenient way to pay for drinks lunches ect brilliant product first class communication with staff .

Not simple to setup but once done it’s great.

Firstly, I love the Astari ring I bought. It works well and gets lots of interest whenever I use it.
The main issue I had was the confusing setup procedure. It requires two apps to operate and the process to get them both working correctly wasn’t helped by the lack of clear instructions.
However, having stumbled through the procedure the ring now operates well and within seconds the Curve app messages me to confirm my purchase details.

I love the ring

I love the ring. I have the silver one and it looks great.
I set up the ring but couldn't get it to work.
I emailed customer service and they took a while to reply.
When they did they were extremely helpful and my ring now works well.
I recommend them
