My son ordered early December still no ring excuses after excuses week 17 is supposed to be April 26th now May still no contact

As a small but fast growing company, we rely on specialised production partners, and unfortunately we have limited control when delays happen on their side. That said, we always aim to be transparent and fair. Really useful at home and abroad

The card setup was really easy. I have setup 2 cards in the Curve app, one for abroad and one for home. Easy switch and do not have to carry separate cards.
Have recommended to someone who has also purchased one.

I would rate this company as a negative…

I would rate this company as a negative 1000 stars. Absolutely terrible. Ordered the thing in mid December and still waiting. Lots of lovely emails blaming the supply chain, Chinese new Year and now the Hormuz crisis. AVOID. AVOID

Thank you for your review. I completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after waiting since December and receiving multiple updates with changing timelines. That is not the experience we want anyone to have.

The delays you experienced were indeed caused by ongoing supply issues with our NFC payment components, combined with external factors like production slowdowns and global logistics disruptions. As a small but fast growing company in the fintech space, we rely on specialised partners for these components, and unfortunately we have very limited influence over delays on their side.

That said, we always aim to stay transparent and fair with our customers. Whenever delays become too long, we always offer the option to cancel and receive a full refund, and we genuinely try to work with each customer to find the best possible solution. In situations like this, that is realistically the best we can do, even though we fully understand it does not take away the frustration.

We also recognise that frequent timeline changes are disappointing, and for that we sincerely apologise. From your perspective, it simply feels like ongoing delays, and we take that seriously.

Every order and every review helps us grow and move towards having more control over our entire production and logistics. That is exactly what we are working very hard to achieve, so situations like this become far less common in the future.

I’d give 6 stars here, service and products are exceptional! Had my ring over a year now and has never been a problem, ordered the wrong size initially and Astari were very helpful in correcting my mistake, delivery was incredibly fast, communication has always been great and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Astari wearables!

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I chose the wrong size ring. Customer service was fantastic. Ordered correct size and sent the original order back, refunded within days.
Used the ring several times without issue. Easy to setup.

Truly worth buying it

Truly worth buying it. Had a few issues with Curve App with ID approval, I've informed Astari regarding the same and had a Great Customer Support by Vincent, an efficient, prompt and excellent services offered and all sorted now. A very Happy Customer.

Very bad experience!!

Very bad experience!!!

Astari ring promised to deliver the ring but then it kept getting delayed from December and now is March and I still didn't receive the ring.

When contracting the company they give you the option to a simple "cancel and refund"!

I am extremely disappointed and I do not advise you to buy from them

The delay has been due to production and shipping challenges with our new metal ring collection, which is something we’ve been actively working through over the past months. The latest update is that the shipment is now on its way,, and is currently expected to arrive in week 17. As soon as it reaches our fulfillment center, we will begin dispatching all orders as quickly as possible, in the order they were placed.

We always aim to be transparent, even when the updates aren’t what anyone hopes for, and we’ve tried to keep all customers informed throughout this process. At the same time, we’ve also made sure that anyone who preferred not to wait had the option to cancel and receive a full refund, no questions asked.

This ring is a game changer

This ring is a game changer. No more holding my phone up to unlock anytime I need to make a payment, or having to remove my hat as my phone don’t recognise me to unlock. Just hole my hand over the payment machine and off I go. Shop keepers faces every time. Brilliant 🤩
Also keeps my phone and wallet safe as no longer need to have it out for anyone to grab! Double bonus for solo travelling as it is your wallet on a finger. So no need taking out your wallet or phone if you want to head on down to the beach and have no one to watch your stuff whilst you go for a dip! Absolutely can’t recommend enough

Best thing I have purchased

I have had my Payment Ring from Astari for well over a year and never go out without it. It’s quick it’s easy and one of the best things I have purchased. Even on holiday where I can change the currency to the local currency it’s been fantastic

Poor service and a fake…

Ordered ring in November and was told it will arrive 15th december then got an email saying payment chips are delayed from China so they need to wait for it to arrive then will send out end of Jan, then this changed to end of feb and now its mid march. You shouldn't be taking orders if your product is out of stock. You are mis-selling and misleading customers and should be reported.

You are absolutely right that repeated delays are disappointing. The issue you experienced was caused by production delays with our NFC payment chips from our manufacturing partner. As a small but fast growing company operating in the financial technology space, we rely on specialised suppliers for secure payment components. When those components are delayed, it unfortunately impacts our delivery timelines.

I do want to clarify that this was never an attempt to mislead anyone. The rings are real, certified passive NFC payment devices, but we clearly fell short in meeting the originally communicated timelines, and for that we sincerely apologise.

We always offer customers the option to cancel and receive a full refund if the waiting time becomes too long, and we genuinely try to work with every customer to find the best solution, whether that is waiting, switching models, or refunding immediately. We never want anyone to feel stuck.

We are actively working to reduce our dependency on single suppliers and bring more production and logistics into our own control. Growth allows us to do that. Every order and every review helps us strengthen the business so we can prevent situations like this in the future.

If you feel that our transparency and willingness to refund fairly deserve reconsideration, we would truly appreciate you updating your review to reflect that. It makes a real difference for a small company that is working hard to improve.

This is a great piece of innovation

This is a great piece of innovation. Being over 65 I struggled to set it up, but my 20 year old relative did it in 5 minutes 👍 This is so cool when making purchases, most people have not seen one before. Communication regarding purchases etc is very good. What next, microchip in your fingers!!!!!!

Ordered ring first didn’t have ring size then no micro chips from china then delay as Chinese new year nearly two months later still nothing asked for refund no problem there . But shouldn’t take an orders until they can provide the product!

GREAT WAY to MAKE PAYMENTS

the payment ring arrived promptly. set up was simple, connected the ring to the app and connected my curve payment card to the app.
purchases when using the ring with payment terminals work well. follow the advice from astari on where to place your hand on the terminal, it ensures a good nfc connection.
I can confirm the payment ring works well even when you don't have your phone with you.

Would absolutely recommend!

Great quality ring, ceramic so it doesn't scratch like steel and titanium rings I have had in the past. The payment functionality is awesome and lots of people comment on it, but it is incredibly convenient and never requires you to tap twice or anything.
There was an issue with the shipping, but the customer service responded swiftly and helpfully and ensured I got it in good time. A friend asked me where they can get a payment ring and although I had researched other brands, I immediately recommended astari wearables. 11/10.

Great for older or arthritic people

I ordered and delivery was fast. I did struggle with the set up as I also had to set up a curve account, but once that was sorted it was up and running, now I wouldn't be without it, love that I dont have to 'fiddle about' to get my card out of my purse. As an 'older person' with arthritis I find this invaluable and would thoroughly recommend it.
