Never purchase any service from this company. Revolut saved me from a monthly subscription that I thought I never signed up for, beware small print when purchasing an appliance's manual from them. Yes a LEGITIMATE SCAM.

Total legitimate scammers. Avoid at all costs, the website configured to covertly set you up as a subscriber, deducting €47.90 per month from your account. Of course, when you read the small print, all is legal. Avoid avoid avoid.

Des escrocs sournois.
J'ai acheté un téléphone chez Rakuten en décembre 2022. Sur la page de paiement, une remise supplémentaire vous est proposée. Si vous osez simplement regarder cette remise, vous êtes alors débité de 47,90 € par mois par Assistalib jusqu'à ce que vous réalisiez qu'il s'agit d'une arnaque. Le problème est alors de mettre fin à ce débit non autorisé qui dans mon cas a nécessité l'annulation de ma Carte Bancaire.
Ce ne sont que des escrocs et des voleurs sophistiqués posant sous le couvert d'offres de rabais.
Il semble que je ne sois pas le seul à être victime de cette entreprise, recherche 'arnaques'.

Underhanded scammers.
I bought a phone from Rakuten last December 2022. At the payment page you are offered a further discount. If you dare just look at this discount you are then debited €47.90 a month by Assistalib until you realise this is a scam. The problem then is to terminate this unauthorised debit which in my case necessitated the cancelling of my Credit Card.
They are no more than sophisticated scammers and thieves posing under the guise of discount offers.
It seems I am not alone being the victim of this company, search 'arnaques'.

Still no response from 'assistalib.com' about the unauthorised debits to my credit card account.
No discussion or apologies as they have my cash and obviously don't feel the need to explain.
All I can say is BEWARE of even looking at their site.
