Good friendly service, easy to book and reasonable pricing. I was picked up on time and dropped safely.

The driver was very well mannered and ontime

Paid and booked. 2 days in advance with only a recipt email but not time and pickup confirmation. I tried calling and emailing them ahead of time to no avail. No car arrived for my pickup so i had to take a different taxi service. 2 days later they repond to my email asking me for the time and date of pickup. I told them the time had passed and they could begin the refund process. And now I can no longer get through to them.

Aftab was excellent in my journey! He arrived exactly at the scheduled time and to the destination I specified in the notes to the driver. He was friendly and chatted with me throughout the journey. Assa Cars went above and beyond to accommodate my late booking.

Assa Cars were punctual. The driver, Aftab Rao was very friendly, bought me coffee realising that I had traveled the entire night and was cold as I had come in from Kenya. He also shared his wifi connection with me so that I could inform family I had left behind. I have been an avid traveler for over 4 decades and this is the first time I have received such generosity. I high recommend them and will always use them when in the UK.

Taxi didn’t turn up, when I called to chase they told me- “he isn’t coming, just get an Uber, I’ll refund your money” my booking was £102. The Uber was £145. They haven’t even refunded the 102, so I have paid £247 for the trip and I am now having to claim through my bank.
