Great driver but not the comfortable taxi I ordered

Great contact and kept me in the loop about collection point and time taxi was arriving. Driver was courteous and offered a chance to get a coffee due to the longer trip from Heathrow into London Tower area. I booked a taxi as was coming off 23 hours of flying from New Zealand and didn't want to deal with trains. As such I booked an estate car for comfort. Instead I got a black cab that had the most uncomfortable seats and bounced everywhere for the worst 1.5 hours i have ever spent in a taxi...
Nice driver and service, but not what I ordered after 23 hours in the air..

Reliable and Great Service.

Reliable and Great Service.
I was actually in two minds in booking a taxi from Heathrow to take me home. I had researched a lot of companies and read stories of cars not turning up etc. It is stressful considering you are paying up front. I had a long flight ahead of me and really didn't want to worry about getting home. I selected Heathrow Cars London as they had, had good reviews. They were superb. They tracked my flight, as I landed we were in communication immediately, I knew my driver was there, I let them know once in baggage and as I exited the airport he was there. Lovely polite gentleman, superb, safe driving and I was home within an hour and a half. Excellent company I highly recommend.

Never again!! Not on time, Everytime!!

Booked a taxi for a 6 minute drive. Initially the taxi driver was excellent and drove a nice car. Asked the driver to book a return taxi for the next morning at 08:15 to which he agreed.

The next morning at 08:20 I phone all three numbers given to me on the business card I was given by the driver and only one of the numbers answered and then the man on the phone said hold on a minute and hung up on me. I tried to call him back with no avail.

I had to be on time and as stated on their business card they are "on time every time" but not in this instance!
