I received clothes that was ripped and torn. I sent them pictures and they say it’s my fault. I still haven’t been refunded

Thank you for your feedback.
We’ve carefully reviewed your case with our warehouse team, and we can confirm that the items were not shipped in a damaged condition. Our senior warehouse manager also verified the order, and given our handling process with all-new inventory, the likelihood of a damaged item leaving our facility is extremely low.
Additionally, our records show that your initial request was for a return on final sale items, which was declined in accordance with our stated policy. Following that, the concern regarding the items being ripped was raised.
We understand this is frustrating, but based on our investigation, we’re unable to approve a refund in this case.

I ordered a hat
I ordered a hat, I could tell the quality was nice but the fit is not a normal A frame hat. I feel like the pictures were a little deceptive.

Love, aesthetic revolution. I’ve been purchasing garments from them for about seven years. I’m always pleased with fit and quality of materials. I do sometimes have to try a couple of different size options when the materials are different. That’s fine, I just return the size that did not work out for me. I have purchased many mini garments over the years, however, the most recent collections are very far from what were signature aesthetic. I have not made new purchase of these collections. I’m hopeful that there is a return to the general direction that had been taken, but maybe some new materials and new colors. That’s always welcome.

I’ve tried many different fitness…
I’ve tried many different fitness brands over the years, but I can honestly say that ASRV is the best sportswear I have ever owned. The quality, fit, and technical design are in a league of their own.
Currently, my entire gym wardrobe consists of ASRV—with the only exception being my shoes. I am so loyal to this brand that I want to complete my entire look without having to wear any other labels. We truly need an ASRV footwear line. If the quality of the shoes matches the apparel, they would easily be the best on the market.
I’m ready to retire my other brands entirely once ASRV steps into the shoe game. Keep up the incredible work!

Bad experience with my Second flight Garment. BAD ODOR!!!!
Hi, My purchases through ASRV has always been very very good, but my last purchase through ASRV Second Flight was pretty bad. I've also purchased many items through Second flight and never had any issues until now. The item, 0659. Silver-Lite™ 2.0 Established Long Sleeve in Black stunk extremely bad! It did say it was never washed with scented laundry soaps but the odor was unbearable. I was going to return but I did not want to touch that garment with my hands because it was that bad. I was going to wash it but my wife tossed it in the garbage as she could not stand the smell and didn't want to put it in our washer with our other clothes. It was that BAD!!!! It also had hair all over it! It looked like dog hair maybe but I wasn't going to figure that one out! I was going to return it on principle but the $31 I spent wasn't worth touching that garment! I also ordered another garment. The 0833. 3D-Lite® 2.0 Pro Singlet - Space Grey. It smelled but wasn't nearly as bad so I kept that one and washed it 3x before the odor was bearable.

Been rocking with ASRV since 2017! Best clothes in the game. I wear so much people think i’m sponsored (hmu Jay). They have the dopest designs, fits, and they last forever and never shrink which is a problem i’ve had with basically every other brand of clothing. I've been buying ASRV products since 2016. I probably have added at least 3-4 new pieces each year since then. Super pleased with the quality and style of their apparel. Whenever I run into someone else in Texas either wearing or familiar with ASRV they always give me compliments on my fit, it's happened on 3 separate occasions. I own ALO, Lululemon, Ten Thousands, Rhone, and I prefer ASRV over all of them especially for the workout shirts and shorts.

Products are high quality, but high cost
Products are high quality, and the cuts are comfortable and longer than most other brands (great for a tall person like me). The only downside is that the cost is more than I can manage most of the time. What few items that I do have, are among my favorite workout gear.
