Their products are top tier! Quality is great and feels great! So far with different styles of clothing and material I have not had any issues with ASRV. Since 2024 when I made my first purchase, I have yet to buy any clothing from any other brand, other than ASRV! It is on the pricier side but overall it is worth it in my opinion.
I have not had any issues with customer service as they respond in a timely manner and fix any issues with their products.
Overall, I love their collections they drop and love ASRV for gym, running and casual wear!

Disappointment
This is one of my favorite workout clothing brands; I own several items from them. I gave it this rating because, on one occasion, I purchased the exact same pair of joggers twice. The only differences were the colors—and the fact that I bought one pair on sale at half price, while I paid full price for the other. The first pair of joggers I ordered was excellent, but the second pair—the one I bought on sale at a discount—was of a completely inferior quality. I sent emails, but they never explained to me why this was the case. I feel that if they intend to sell items of lower quality, they should simply let us know.

Horrible experience
Weird sizing and convoluted returns process. Received an unsolicited, extremely rude message from customer service. They claim that the items showed signs of wear, but I did not wear the items and have no idea what they are talking about. Do not order online unless you have tried their clothes before and know exactly what you’re getting.

Upon review, the items you returned showed signs of use, which falls outside of our return policy. That said, our team still processed the return as a one-time courtesy in an effort to assist.
We always aim to provide clear guidance on sizing and a smooth return experience, and we’ll continue working to improve.
Love the products, some minor suggestions...
The products are ASRV last a long time, are aesthetically very pleasing and so many training modalities. 2 things that I would like to see improved are:1) the pricing which while in line some competitors on the market, will often exceed the industry pricing on basic items line shorts or shirts (comparing this to Nike, Adidas, New Balance and others). 2) secondly it would seem that items that get sold out either never come back or take months if not years to return, that can be quite bothersome when clearly those items are big sellers. For example I've been waiting on the return of the Anorak rain jacket but I doubt I will ever see it again or won't see it u til 2027 or beyond.
I hope this feedback is helpful, all in all I really enjoy the brand and it's products. Some of the best in the business.
