Love the summerhouse, everything was done to a high standard and efficiently. We also received a courtesy message the next day to check everything was okay. Nothing has been too much trouble, great service!

We had a damaged concrete post and damage to the concrete panels next to it. Aspire fencing removed the old post and panels and put in new ones. There was a concern that removing the old post might damage the neighbor's patio, but the two fitters, Phil and Andy, got the old post out and the new one in perfectly. A very profeshional job, thanks Aspire Fencing, Phil and Andy.

Great job by the whole team. From Paul pricing up (and giving best price), quoted start date and they arrived promptly as planned. Nathan, Phil &Tom worked solidly for 2 days and completed on time. The boys cleared up and left everything neat & tidy. Thanks guys, a great job well done x

Gate and fence panel fitted quickly and professionally by Phil and Andy, with minimum mess and fuss! Gate actually made on site so perfect fit! Definitely recommend.

I never review because I don't have time but have made time to do this due to the exceptional work. When looking for companies i am savvy. I get quotes and read reviews. There were a couple of 1* reviews but reading the info the people we unfortunate and and shouldn't dis a company with 1* when they didn't have work completed.
SO the price was good compared to what i had been quoted for wayne lap by other companies. The workmanship is outstanding the gate was built on site for best fit. The team Nathan and Andy were friendly and discussed the job with me throughout the day. They were a fun double act. What made me write this review they went above and beyond to make sure the job was perfect. I would have had to get somebody else in to do some additional work to make it good for an additional cost. The guys did this without me asking. Thats excellent customer service!

Absolutely avoid this company!!
Got a quote for all new fencing for the whole of the property, booked it in, told could pay cash or transfer.
Job started a day late, was fine with that as was told two teams would be there to make up for the lost day. No second team turned up but to be fair, the one team were very quick so wasn't a big issue. Once all the fencing had been ripped out and about half way through we were told there weren't enough fence panels to finish the job and that their job sheet only stated 15 panels 6ft when 18 were needed. Rang the owner to be told we would need to pay an extra 500 pounds on top of what we were paying to finish the job and tried to blame us for not saying what needed fencing, despite him telling us at the time we needed 18 fence panels and giving us a quote for this. Not sure how we could possibly have been any clearer and having half a job done would have made no sense as the previous fencing was falling down! A bit like having half a room carpeted. We were only notified after the job had started and all the old fence had been removed so we wouldn't have backed out of the job being completed. Eventually he backed down and agreed to fence all of it AS AGREED. However when the job was finished he demanded cash only (which wasn't agreed before the job) and if we wanted to pay by transfer we had to pay an extra 20%. Obviously a bit of tax dodging going on. When we refused got a little bit threatening, saying he was sending people to my house for the money, despite the fact I had told him I would be at work and had no way of even getting together nearly 3000 in cash. After lots of uncomfortable messaging back and forwards and point blank refusal to pay cash (because the whole thing felt like one big scam) we were aloud to pay a personal bank account only. To be fair, the fence fitters were fine, didn't have a problem with them but the owner/manager is an absolute con artist and would never dream of using this company again or recommending them, the whole ordeal was one big stress!

Edit: absolutely everything I have said is true, as you know I have emails to back up the majority of it. We said we wanted it all done, not to the garage when YOU priced the fencing up (don't blame your team) and the fencing YOU wrote down didn't even reach the garage! My husband never said the money would be ready because as you were told on multiple occasions, there was literally no way to facilitate this and was against our wishes! I think 1 star is generous, I'd rather have given 0!

I originally asked for a quote for a fence in January and after completing part of the job that month they said that the rest couldn't be completed due to poor weather as the garden is on a slope.
New date was agreed for 22nd April, however when they arrived they decided that the work couldn't be done at all.
This is after already reviewing the work for the quote and building part of a fence!
We have removed the old fence in readiness and we're now left with no fence leaving our property open at the rear.
I am absolutely appalled that we have been left for 3 months believing that the agreed work would be completed!
Certainly won't be using them again and will not recommend to anyone! The reply from Aspire fencing is inaccurate. The catio next door had already been erected when he came to price the job . The netting unclips and the fence panels can be removed which had been agreed as a way in. But the men wouldn't do it .

A great company from the offset. Good communication, Prompt quotation. Job was to remove old fence panels, base panels and posts and replace with new. The quality of the panels was superb. A team of 3 came to do the job, they proved informative, efficient and tidy.
Would recommend this company without hesitation.

I have just had a summer house designed and fitted as well as replacing all of the fencing as well as concrete posts in my back garden and a gate fitted. Excellent company, would highly recommend, fantastic job done, polite and courteous staff, good prices, can't thank them enough.
