Ordered items from this company and as everyone else's reviews is a scam. Items were never delivered. I didn't look at these reviews beforehand...my mistake!

Scamers, unfortunately I can't give zero stars. Nothing arrived. No customer service.

Do not order from this place. They are fraudulent i ordered from them. Paid. Nothing has come. Tried to contact their non existent customer services. They are a scam company and fraudulent and have been reported to fraud. I would give -5 if I could. Don't touch them with a barge pole.

Total scam and I was gullible enough to fall for it! Be careful!

Placed my order. Not getting any response, they even don’t answer to e-mails. Its a scam!

This is a scam and all they do is take your money and send u a package with a silly I love Paris sticker not the jumpers I paid for.

If it's too good to be true... It probably is. The imagery, website, advertising etc looks professional — but this is FAKE store. They will take your money & you will NOT receive a product.

Items order and nothing arrived. Emails sent and no response. Companies like this should be reported and black listed as they are just totally scammers. Only good thing is that I didn’t spend much.

Don't buy, its a scam I order some jumpers and after 3 weeks said it was delivered but nothing. No reply, nothing...still appears as delivered

Complete Scam, more fool me, I thought it looked a bit bogus when I was ordering but as it wasn't a huge amount of money I was willing to take that risk.
I've noticed that some others have said they didn't receive anything, I did at least receive an envelope with a tiny sticker, not quite the 3 jumpers I had expected!

Real scammers. Please check on trust pilot on their web they claim they have a trust pilot 4.9 rating which is not correct.

I ordered items from Matteo Club and they were never delivered. I have tried contacting them multiple times through their website and messages with no response at all. Their website now appears to be offline, which is very concerning.

Based on my experience, this company does not seem trustworthy. I would strongly advise others to stay away and avoid ordering from them.

This company is fake and scam. They lied do fake advert to scam people of their hard earned money. This Matteoclub company is scam💯.
I ordered 2 jumpers from them since 29th of December 2025. Till date no item had been deliver. When I emailed them , no one reply to my email. They scam me £69.80
