I would highly recommend aspire diamonds. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable, so helpful and make you feel relaxed and no pressure when purchasing your item. Don't pound the quarter with aching feet go straight to aspire diamonds. You wont be disappointed with the service they provide....

My order had to be made from scratch so waited a few weeks and was delivered at the earlier of their expected timescale. Spending money on such items is always a risk when you have to wait, the updates and friendly contact gave me the assurance I needed. Product is excellent and would certainly consider using them again should the need come up.

However I met Laura and she immediately put me at ease. She spent so much time looking at different rings with me, advising me and nothing was too much trouble. She then maintained regular contact via email with my partner answering all the questions he threw at her swiftly and efficiently 🙂 She made the purchase effortless. I also returned there after my engagement and she helped and advised with resizing. She really is there every step of the way. I would recommend to anyone to choose Aspire because if Laura is an example of the standard of staff they employ I can assure you that no other jewellery shop there will come close. What can I say - the complete experience was wonderful! I live in Edinburgh and chose Aspire because of all of their good feedback. The service I received from Jasmine and the team was exemplary. I was looking for a special ring for my partner and nothing was too much trouble for the guys - always responding to my emails and telephone calls in a speedy manner - I don't think I was an easy customer to deal with due to what I was looking for!

Jasmine sourced exactly what I wanted at a massive discount to the diamond dealers north of the border, but also having the reassurance that the the stones were fully GIA certified.

When it arrived, we were both over the moon with the finished ring - it actually exceeded our expectations, it was that beautiful.

I cannot reiterate the level of service that these guys deliver, sourcing the finest stones, while advising and keeping you up to date throughout the whole process.

In a world where people are so quick to shout about the things they are upset about, not enough recognition goes to the people who are putting in the effort and making our lives better.

I want to make it known that Laura G (I understand there are 3 Lauras) far exceeded my expectation when I visited your sister store Diamond Quarter last week and it was an absolute pleasure to meet her.

I bought an engagement ring 3 months earlier from somewhere else and have had nothing but problems. It got to the point where everything associated that the ring I had bought was negative and it didn't signify the love and dedication I was trying to portray with this gift to my fiance.....enter Laura G!

I arrived, still angry at myself and everything that had happened with my original purchase. I wasn't sure how we could turn this around and give my fiance, Melissa, the ring she deserved.

Laura was was amazing. She listened and understood my position. Even while I was being negative about the situation and showed her the offending original ring, she stayed positive and slowly got me starting to enjoy the process of replacing the old ring.

Melissa was getting more an more excited with all the information Laura provided, that's when Sushannah saw what what happening and started sharing in the joy. Laura and Sushannah helped Melissa to understand how to buy a diamond ring (I kind of knew, having done it already 3 months earlier). In turn, I was becoming happier by the minute as I saw the joy that she was creating in assuring us she would be able to fix our issue.

After spending time with Laura in the store she had us relaxed, happy, excited and I was now even enjoying the process. That's a big achievement when you consider the fact I was there to buy a second engagement ring!

When she put all the pieces together for us and showed Melissa what she had found to suit our needs Melissa cried literal tears of joy! I almost invited them both to the wedding there and then!
Melissa even felt she couldn't leave without giving Laura a hug for all she had done for us.

I left with my wallet a lot lighter and I couldn't have been happier about it!!!

Laura G is an outstanding employee and deserves great recognition for all she did for us that day. We will never forget her! My only regret is that Laura won't be able to see Melissa's face when it's delivered. Living in London we had to take the delivery option.

So I thank Laura and Sushannah again for everything they did for me and Melissa that day.
I have never received such great service. If you have an employee of the year award then just for Laura's actions on that day, it should be hers!

I could go on, but I think I've covered the important parts. the bottom line is Laura G will definitely be getting my return custom when we come back to buy our wedding bands.

Just need to tell everyone how friendly, helpful , paitent and knowledgable the staff were.
They helped me from start to finish in the design of my wedding ring. Having this ring made was very bittersweet as my original wedding, engagment and eternity rings that i had been wearing for the past 15yrs were stolen when i was robbed and beaten.
The girls were fully aware of the background and were very respectful and understanding.
I became a out and out pain but the staff were always on the phone with a friendly voice and lots of compassion!!
When the ring arrived ON MY BIRTHDAY even though that was a short timeline to work to they still came through for me.
The ring its self was beyond anything i could have imagined, it was stunning!! .

I would not recommend Aspire to anybody. Unfortunately I bought my wife’s engagement and wedding rings from them. The rings are now 5 years old but have both had to be repaired 4 times in total, with mounts/claws breaking, stones falling out and fluorescents in some of the diamonds. The first time we had a problem was within the first twelve months so we went back to Aspire where they reluctantly repaired it. Stupidly I bought the wedding ring after having a problem with the engagement ring but hoped it was a one off - never expected to have so many issues with these rings. The latest incident has been the final straw and we decided to take both the rings to another jewellery shop for repair. The jeweller has taken the rings apart and weighed the diamonds, none of which match the points on the certificates (engagement ring was in house certified and not worth the paper it’s written on). I was sold a 1 carat engagement ring to now find out it’s actually only 0.85 carat. According to the certificate the wedding ring had supposedly got 5 x 10 point diamonds in but we now know they are only 8 point diamonds. The mounts are such bad quality we are now forking out for a new set of rings. Please save yourselves the disappointment, upset and cost in the long term and don’t bother with Aspire.
We feel totally ripped off and my wife is heart broken.

My experience with Aspire Diamonds and in particular Jasmine was fantastic. Choosing an engagement ring on my own was a stressful and difficult task however I approached Jasmine with an idea of what I wanted (and a VERY tight timeframe!) and she more the delivered on this.
She helped me understand the many important factors to consider and explained the ‘Four C’s’ in a way I could grasp - this was fundamental in helping me chose the perfect Diamond from the VAST options available.

After choosing the perfect diamond (3 hours spent with Jasmines undivided attention), it transpired that the setting design I wanted was not available. Jasmine however, was able to find a supplier to make this for me bespoke and the designs for it were with me 1 working day after our conversation!

The ring was ready less than three weeks after our first conversation and I am under no illusion this sort of thing would usually have taken 8 weeks plus.

Many thanks to the team and in particular Jasmine for exemplary customer service and a ring which both I and more importantly my fiancée, are completely thrilled with!

I would most certainly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase an engagement ring (and in particular anyone attempting this nerve racking feat on their own looking for some clear advice!!!).

I've visited Aspire a few times and they always seem to have a collection that the other shops don't. The website is also really good, as is the service. Hayley was incredibly helpful, gave us a really good deal and I couldn't be happier with my diamonds! Thank you Aspire!

Aspire was the first shop we walked in when visiting the jewellery quarter in Birmingham. I was looking for a black diamond ring and Richard helped us finding the perfect one.
After looking at the perfect mount, he brought us a selection of black diamonds. I was so happy that I got to pick my diamond.
Our experience in the shop was wonderful.
Because we travelled all the way from Portsmouth to visit the Jewellery Quarter, we still went around a few more shops in the area but nothing came close to the ring I tried at Aspire.
We had to have the ring made to measure (my fingers are really small) so it took a little while. I emailed the shop a few time asking for updates and I also had a reply very quickly.
My ring arrived on Saturday and it looks even better than I remember. The finish is amazing. I just love it.
We will surely go back to the shop to purchase our wedding rings.

I recently went up to Birmingham jewellery quarter in search of an engagement ring. I had an idea of the style / type etc however still relatively novice when it came to the finer details. I went into Aspire to browse and all the staff were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the start. An employee called Laura came over and I explained what I was looking for and the price range. Laura was excellent, she explained everything and helped me pick out perfect diamond and band. I didn’t purchase the ring that day as I did have a couple of options from other stores. After that I emailed Laura for a couple of weeks asking for pictures of the diamond and band to compare them against others. Laura was very efficient and got back to every email very quickly, her information and hemp felt impartial and did everything she could to reduce cost and get the best ring for my budget. Finally I agreed on the ring and within a week it was made and delivered. I was very happy with the service and price and would recommend Aspire and more importantly Laura to anyone looking to purchase jewellery.
