The form was very easy to complete. The only problem I had was I didn’t know my ex husband’s National Insurance number, but that didn’t seem to matter.

Very easy to fill in couldn’t answer some of as my oldest children’s father has now passed away therfore I couldn’t answer and my other child’s father I haven’t a clue where he is but hope to hear something back hope this is not a scam as filled in a lot of questions to do with family

I'm sceptical about AskRose re home responsibilities, I gave all my details, and wished I hadn't after finding out they take around 50%of monies recouped I think this is extortionate, I asked them to stop my claim and worried I've been scammed. Shortly after that I got a suspected scam call

Our fees are explained in the Frequently Asked Questions section of our website homepage, as well as in our Terms and Conditions, which customers are required to read and acknowledge before submitting a claim.
We're also unable to comment on unrelated phone calls you may have received.
However, if you have requested to cancel your claim, our team will review your request and respond accordingly.
