I completed the form and was hopeful
I completed the form and was hopeful, after months I am still waiting to hear any final results. Considering how much the company takes for checking for me it’s not worth it. Especially when I’m in my 80s and it could be too late

Unfortunately, processing times are largely dependent on HMRC and DWP, and due to the volume of claims currently being reviewed, some cases can take several months to reach a final resolution.
Our fees are clearly explained before any claim is submitted, and we operate on a No Win, No Fee basis.
Whether the service represents value is ultimately a personal decision, but many customers choose to use us because they would prefer support throughout what can be a complex process.

Can’t stop this company contacting me
I started to complete the application form then decided against it, when I found out I could apply myself with no costs, but this company keep emailing and texting me to ask me to complete my application, I have replied STOP as shown on their texts, but the texts keep coming, I’ve tried to unsubscribe on their emails but that doesn’t work either, I’ve also tried their info at Ask Rose email, but nothing seems to register, they actually called me this morning asking if I needed help completing their form, I informed them I no longer wanted to proceed, and I didn’t want to proceed, hopefully now I won’t receive any correspondence from them.
