I was working with Nick B. He was wonderful

I was working with Nick B. who was a delight. He was patient and answered every problem I was having. He told me how to accomplish the tasks I and walked me through it. I am 87 years old and he went above and beyond helping me. I am sure it would have taken most people half the time it took me to do it. He stayed on the line until we finished it. I can not praise him enough.

RED FLAG THIS IS A SCAM AVOID THIS COMPANY

As other reviewers have said you think you are payng £1 then they immediately take £24 and you’re signed up to a £24 a month contract. I managed to cancel the contract but as I cancelled within 14 days they should have refunded initial £24. It’s just a money making exercise as they immediately refunded the £1 (not the £24) and got away with doing nothing because they refunded the £1. PayPal did nothing about their practices even those these are not in line with consumer protections.

I was just wondering why my Facebook subscription was canceled and found ask crew. I signed up for, what I tought, was 1 BP, but sudenly it was 26 BP. I canceled immediately, but I never got my money back despite dozens of emails. Ask-crew never did anything for me. SCAM!

Two days timeframe. That's what my dollar bought me

Okay basically I think it was five stars even though in the twinkling of an eye my request to cancel was acted on, especially since I changed my mind in a twinkling of an eye as well I did not want to cancel. He acted immediately on cancel request, but I immediately changed my mind, and told him I did not want to cancel. So now I'm no longer a member, two days into trial period, and I have to resubscribe, and spend another dollar and and lose the trial period I paid for, to start with. I'm sorry I'm old confuse easily, I have PPmemory to boot. Oh well, we live in we learn and hopefully hopefully recall.
