Ordered over a month ago. Emailed no reply..emailed again said they will get on to there logistic dept and to wait 3 working day. 5 days later heard nothing..awlful avoid.

Ordered a ladies jacket,fortunately checked my bank statement.
Was horrified to see been charged for another product as well.i had not even ordered !!.
Checked customer services number..there was none..googled the company on trust pilot.
Was horrified further to see all sorts of completely negative feedback.
Contacted my bank,cancelled payment..
They had the brass neck to send me a threatening email demanding payment for extra charges etc..
Complete scammers and fraudsters..
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.ashford clothing,london..they are based in germany..

Absolute junk. Scam company. Paid £18 to return to Netherlands. Months later they were sent back to me, no refund, as 'parcel not accepted'.

I like the idea behind the brand, but the actual product didn’t feel as premium as advertised.

Sadly the same again.. Ordered a pair of trainers which have never arrived. Initially there was a apology (from Antonina…does she exist?} advising there was an issue with delivery service which they have sorted and have resent the trainers, some month on despite sending repeated messages which are now never acknowledged, no trainers!!
Avoid this company like the plague, they give the impression their in London but are seemingly based in
Holland or possibly Spain….

Scam. Takes payment sends fake tracking. Items never arrive. Refuse to refund and never replies to emails. Avoid at all cost

Absolute scammers, poor quality and had to make a complaint to get a return address which turned out to be in the Netherlands. Sent return via Royal Mail recorded and they refused to accept the return and it was returned by Royal Mail, absolutely furious, avoid these scammers at all cost!!

Fraud company, they don’t even exist. I ordered a suit jacket and they send me a fake tracking link. When I contacted them after 1 month to get a refund they didn’t accept and said the order is already in transit. After 2 weeks they stopped responding. BE CAREFUL!!

Again, echo the reviews on here. Boots arrived and are not as pictured on the website. Cheap looking and zip did not work. Offered eventually a 30% refund but did not happen. I didn’t want the faulty boots! Emails received saying the shipping to Holland would be £25 but never supply an address to send it too. Please avoid!!!

THEIR RETURN PROCESS IS NON EXISTENT. I RETURNED AN ITEM TO A NETHERLANDS ADDRESS AS THIS COMPANY IS NOT BASED IN LONDON AS THERE BUSINESS LOGO STATES.
THE PARCEL WAS RETURNED TO ME TODAY AS THE CUSTOMS CHARGES APPARENTLY WERE NOT MET. IT COST ME £14.00 TO RETURN THIS ITEM. I'M GREATLY OUT OF POCKET. AND I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN

They are not angry, but disappointed: This tone is more likely to get a positive response, whether from other shoppers or customer service.

I bought a bag and I have not received it even now and when I enquired about the order, I got a response that there is nothing they can do about tracking and no refund is offered. Therefore, I would not recommend the company as also it is registered as a shop on a different name Whitelabs Consulting and the telephone number is constantly engaged.

Bad company parcel took a while to arrive when it did I needed to return as the fit is wrong and not good quality items. I have kept a pair of boots but the others I needed to send back. You have to pay everything yourself to send back both return in the post and the customs charge which is mostly the cost of what I've sent back. I tried to email multiple times to say can they help with the return costs if they either pay for it all or if I pay the post office return can they refund and cover the customs cost but they have not responded to any and ignored all contact with me. I wish I never bought from them as bad service and quality items and to send back is practically thr same cost as everything I bought with me getting £20 refunded which I would of been better of keeping the items and trying to sell. Which no one will want as not greatly made.
Been emailing for a few weeks and no response.

I ordered my item on 12th of October and I am still waiting for it to be delivered !!!
When emailing them they will come back to me telling the same lie; your item is in transit and we cannot refund you.
I think, this is a fake company and something needs to be done.
I will not stop at a review certainly !

This Company will rob you blind and still not deliver your goods. If only I had read the reviews before I ordered! Do not believe one word they say on their website. The photos are AI too. Everything about them is a scam. Shame on them!

DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. You won’t receive your item. No response from numerous emails to customer service and the telephone number doesn’t work. Have no idea how to get my money back for a pair of boots ordered 3 weeks ago. They should not be allowed to trade.

Stylish designs, but I expected better finishing on the seams. A few threads were sticking out on my jacket.

If I was able to leave 0 star, I would have.

I ordered a fall coat after receiving it with a lot of delay I opened the package to see a piece of rag that was poorly cut and sewn.
It is in a such a bad state that I’m really ashamed to even donating it.
The material is very very poor and the workmanship match the material.

No stars is not an option sadly. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. London name, Netherlands return address, Chinese rubbish. Waited 8 weeks for delivery and didn’t even take the jumper out of the bag. Returned the jumper to the Netherlands at a cost of £12.59 postage and they say it wasn’t received so I lost £50 plus postage.
