I ordered a dress that arrived after about 4 weeks, it didn’t even look like what I had ordered as the quality was so poor. I paid £16 to return it with Royal Mail as per Ashford Londons instructions and it was returned to me a month later after it was refused at customs. Never order from this scam company

Ordered a blazer from Ashford Clothing – website looks UK-based with “Free UK delivery”, but returns must be sent to the Netherlands (not clearly stated).
I followed their instructions, paid £9.80 to return it, and after a month the parcel came back to me with no refund.
Lost both the item and postage.
Misleading policies and very poor customer experience.

Buyers beware! Appears to be a scam. Order placed on the 6th of November and not delivered. I chased with their support desk and not got a response.

DO NOT BUY HERE. This company steals your money and the items never arrive. And they never answer emails.

I order blazer jacket from this company in October until now , nothing has been delivered , i send emails all i got is we will get back to you in 3 working days. It is such a shame .
It seems this company does not exist . Beware do not buy from them . This company need to be reported .

I ordered an item with this company at the beginning of November still not arrived the tracking has been stuck at the 6 of November and when contacting them I’m either getting no reply or that they will contact logistic and could take up to 3 days then hear nothing! Seems from the other reviews a lot are having the same experience. Joke of a company !

The clothing has a unique look, .but its as comfortable as I though it would be looks great feels average

I ordered a coat on 9th October 2025 and as of 4th December 2025 I still haven't received it! I've contacted them several times, I sometimes get a response, on other occasions no reply. They are 100% a scamming operation and my advice to anyone thinking of purchasing from Ashford London Clothing is to AVOID AT ALL COST!!! They're also NOT based in London as their name would suggest.

Luckily enough I paid by credit card, so I had a good level of protection. My credit card company handled my claim for a refund and managed to get a refund in full. My overall experience with Ashford London Clothing was very problematic and I just can't recommend them in any way whatsoever.

No sign of my order and no tracking info after 10 days. Asked them to provide tracking proof but nothing and told I could not have a refund. No more messing about I got in touch with my credit card company, kept a full record of all communication, who got in touch with Ashford and suddenly I received a full refund.

Only gave 1 star as no other option! Ordered boots over 2 months ago and there has been no delivery or satisfactory response to my emails!
I have requested a refund but doubt will get this! Just do not order from this company!
14.01.26 - Update on my review above. I claimed a refund through my credit card and finally this has prompted Ashford Clothing to issue a full refund on my card. This is a very bad company and will only issue refunds if you make an official claim, otherwise you will never receive your order or a refund.

I ordered a pair of boots which, when they arrived were very poor quality. I emailed Ashford London and they replied by sending me a return address in the Netherlands!!They said I had to pay for return. I paid £15.85 at the post office, filled in the relevant customs forms and waited. I tracked the parcel. It ended up at Customs in the Netherlands but they wanted money to release it. I posted it on 22.10.25 and today Royal Mail returned the parcel to me. Do NOT order anything from these crooks!!

Order never turned up scammers

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering...ordered a winter coat on the 27th of October....no item and reply from customer services, so I will be contacting trading standards! AVOID

Total scam. Order has not arrived after 2 months. They started by replying to my emails but now they have stopped. Avoid!

Avoid this company. Hopefully you read this before placing an order. They just don’t deliver your order and ignore your emails. I didn’t wait for the clothes to arrive and many reviews on here say they are shocking quality if you do get them.

How is this company still trading! I put a claim in via my bank and they gave me my money back straight away. Good luck TR-ASHFORD CLOTHING in challenging my clawback, your company is a joke.

I return the shoes because it was not what I saw on the picture. I follow all the instruction regarding the return.After one month the parcel came back,the addres was not unknow.
