Bought a pair of biker boots with studs and size was a tad tight so phoned up to ask for an exchange. The next size up was put aside for me and exchange quickly in person as I live in London. Great customer service throughout, could not be happier with experience overall. Would recommend retailer for its customer care and goods.

I'm from Malaysia and there's no ASH outlet or re-seller here but I am really happy with my purchase. I actually called the ASH customer service hotline in UK and she (Hannah) was really helpful! Because of so many mixed reviews online about the shoe sizing, she actually really helped me decided which style suited me best in terms of size and the best part is my shoe arrived on Christmas Eve! the shoes are really comfy & true to size. Will def make another purchase! plus i like how ASH sents an email asking how I like my new purchase, very thoughtful :)

I have ordered online twice now from Ash Footwear. On both occasions, the delivery arrived the next business day after I ordered. The fit of their shoes is excellent and the packaging they come in is pretty. They might be a touch more expensive than the high street but this is reflected in the quality of the goods. I shall order many more items from them in the future.

The site was easy to navigate and to find the specific trainers I wanted. The bonus was there was a sale on childrens trainers and my fussy 7 year old saw a pair that she really liked. Both pairs arrived in about 3 days, beautifully packed and my daughter and I wear them all the time. They are so comfortable and stylish too! Would recommend highly.

I already bought two pairs of boots and, both orders, arrived very fast (the first two days after the order and the second the day after i ordered) altough i live at another country. I only can reccomend this store to other costumers!
