I ordered a Apple Series 7 watch because i think there is not much different between series 8 and it. Anyway the watch arrived in just 2 days so service was really fast and ohh boy , the watch, no one can say that this is second hand. 100% battery health and not even a scratch, I’m happy !

On 23 May 2022 I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra in "Excellent Condition". I received it promptly and registered the 30 month warranty. On 27th February 2023, after having been flickering intermittently, the screen went completely blank. I returned the phone under warranty for repair and since then, I have numerous exchanges of email with "client services". First I was told to dieconnect the phone from my Google account or send them my password so that they could do this for me. I did both!! I unlinked the phone AND sent them the password. Then they said I needed to disconnect 2-stage verification which I did. I even sent them screen shots of the security section of my Google Account which confirmed everything they'd asked me to do had been done. TODAY, they say they want me to accept the return of the phone so I can sort out the problem myself!! AsGoodAsNew, this is not what I would have expected of a German Technology company. You sold me the phone, you provided the warranty, to the best of my knowledge I have done everything you asked of me, so PLEASE REPAIR MY PHONE! It contains hundreds of irreplaceable photos and data which I had omitted to back up and I certainly don't have the knowledge to "sort it out myself"!!!

You can resubmit the Querry and adress the problem again once you saved your Photos to another suitibale Device, if Repair is not possible you may recieve an exchange device or get the current value returned to your original payment method.

In 2022 I ordered an "As New" Galaxy…
In 2022 I ordered an "As New" Galaxy S21 Ultra which arrived within 10 days in an outwardly "As New" condition. So far so good. I was pleased. The phone worked well for about 9 months when the screen began to flicker. Then, a few days later, the screen no longer lit up. Totally black. Contacted A.G.A.N who promptly emailed a courier return label and said the repair under the 30 month warranty would take about 2 weeks. Since then, all of my numerous enquiries have been met with a standard response that the phone is still being examined by a technician. I live in hope that I shall indeed receive the phone repaired, but the complete lack of specific information is worrying. If someone said "We have a very long backlog and your phone has not yet been examined. We anticipate a further delay of so many weeks" , it would be annoying but at least it would be honest. After sales customer relations is sadly lacking.
