Why is this trader failing to give people their refund? Getting into the 4th month begging for my own money from them. All they do is giving an excuse that there is an issue with Amazon payments

I bought a phone from their website. The transaction went well: reasonably quick delivery, good prices, good guaranty. And I'm sure as long as the phone didn't brake things would have been good.
Unfortunately, the phone did brake and had to return the phone in the 30 month of guaranty. Form this point things went down the hill.
Horrible communication: all the info I need it I had to ask it, even the fact that they received my returned product. More than that, all the inquiries I made got an answer 24 hours after, even for an open ticket (I get it, it can take 24 hours for a new ticket, but unacceptable for an unresolved ticket to take more than a couple of hours to respond). To my inquiries I was getting answers like "your product is evaluated and we don't know when will be able to give you a solution" and "it will take two weeks of repairs: and after two weeks when I asked about the status of the repair again the answer "the product is being evaluated but we can't give an estimate, so have patience".
So now we can have an image of the post-selling service they offer.
Conclusion: if you want only a cheap phone hoping it will never brake, sure go for it. But if you want a quality service and a worthy of your time guaranty, to be avoided.

I bought a samsung S21 FE here, as it turns out the phone has a problem with the mobile transmission module and I sent it back for a refund. Company acknowledged item received and says refund will be issued within 7 working days. That never happens. I write email, no reply, no money back. This is a legal matter now, straight up fraud.
I would be very careful to buy here something is not right.

Is a scam store , they try to sell fake itens and if you want a refund and sent it back to them they Will Say is not the same product they sent you ... They make you Open the package to put a sheet inside That they send you when you ask to be refunded to they can use it against you , this is all ilegal and they never assume the error by them people can use Europol and consumer rights organizations like the International Consumer Rights Protection Council (ICRPC) to make justice for this scam i dont even know how Trustpilot certificate this store as legit ... What they do is ilegal and they dont care for consumers cause they Will always Say That you could sent the wrong device by mistake instead of doing a intense investigation to their services, people when try to be refunded you Say That the product we send back dont have the same serial Number as the One you sold , i want to know where you writed the serial Number In the invoices for example , and you dont know how to answer to your costumers instead of trying to solve your own department problems you just Say people Will not be refunded , im already in contact with european consumer rights cause your store needs an investigation , is very easy when people try to be refunded just to Say That the serial Number is not the same , so You have to provide real proofs showing the original serial Number In invoice , and you cant recycle the product That is asking to be refunded without Solving the problem first , is a Proof for european rights departments , you just dont want to refund your costumers and your warrinty certificate is just a scam

Wooow...I ordered a used Samsung Galaxy S10+ smartphone from them at a very good price. The phone was delivered to me the next day. It was very nicely and safely packed in a special package. I did not find a single scratch or any other sign of use on the phone. The phone looks brand new. It also came with a fast charger and a cable. I am really happy that I bought the phone from this store. I have a brand new phone for the price of a used one and as a bonus it comes with a 30 month warranty!!! I still can't believe it...I highly recommend this store.

They are racist, they don't deliver to Romania which it's definitely not OK . NO shutter count information for the 2nd hand cameras, no photos available, you're basically purchasing a mystery product...

Ordered a 'as new' mb pro 14 inch 2021, was 110 EUR less than new, and that price was already about 100 EUR less than other sellers, device has no scratches and original packing, 25 cycles. Can't complain.

Edit: actually I found a mb pro for only 100 EUR more in new condition somewhere else, so I had to send it back, however, they responded that the device was accepted back within 36 hours after receiving it from DHL, much faster than Amazon did, so very good service 🙏

very happy with your products, in my case you did deliver directly to Malta. I had to use and pay a company that holds an address in Germany and have it delivered to Malta at a further cost and time lapse fom buying to actually recieving my goods.

The delivery was fast. I returned the item and the refund process was also fast.

Bought a NEW Samsung Tablet Galaxy S8+ in January and have been using it without issues...
Now it has suddenly been reported stolen (not by me) and is locked!!!!!
Samsung sent me this response:

Dear Sir or Madam,
This device is the property of Samsung Electronics GmbH. It has been reported as stolen. For this reason, this device has been locked.
If you have purchased this device, please contact your seller or a police station.
